Nah, it's just a nod to his SF 4 ultras, both of which are just power-up versions of his basic specials anyways. Ryu's probably unique in this regard.

Pretty sure Roy and Ryu hype has completely and utterly slumped any chance for discussion on potential nerfs/buffs on anyone.

It's actually been pretty easy recently to get matches with other tacticians here so again, a good time to join. Admittedly though, it might be a bit harder to find matches if you only have a 3ds.

Maybe I'll do a 'Sonny Theme' later, but for now <3 Ryu is definitely a wonderful surprise for me. Always thought he had zero chances.

Yo, according to the Ryu board you can actually do traditional fg inputs like quarter circle to do different specials, at least for hadoken. That is hype. I'm gonna enjoy watching people who never played traditional fighters struggle with the dragon punch input.
