Heh, I have one question for Luke Panhandler, why was Ness in 64, and Melee instead of Lucas? I seriously want to know.

I'm thinking Ness returns before any more new character for the Mother/Earthbound series returns because he is a vet from the 1st two SSB games, but that logic may not hold up if Sakurai decides to go more towards the Mother 3 and such.

But all characters that were in 64 were in Melee, and all the new characters--Peach, Bowser, Zelda and the Ice Climbers have returned, leaving only Capt. Falcon, Luigi, Ness and Jiggly Puff from the 64 characters left.

You forgot Dr. Mario, Pichu, Roy, Mewtwo, Mr Game and Watch, Marth, Sheik, Ganondorf, Falco, they are all awaiting a confirmation or deconfirmation as well.

But seriously... some people take other peoples thoughts on Brawl inclusions/exclusions WAY too seriously. I doubt very many people at all have the same opinion about every single character. I mean, I am sure there is someone out there that disagrees with MARIO being in Brawl.

Regardless, who cares what one person thinks. Just because you want Tails in Brawl and someone else doesn't, it doesn't give you the right to have a four page argument over why he will or will not be in Brawl. I generally agree with most of this (but, not all of it), but there are a lot of others I do disagree with.

You don't see me trolling the WW Link thread because I don't want him in... this guy has his opinions, leave him do them. IMO. This is why I don't like reading these opinionated threads...

Groundwalker's main arguements against a character tend to be "well, I think he sucks, so he would ruin the game and thus Sakurai wouldn't put him in"

Ok theres the chance an ac character may not be in it (there I said it) but theres a higher chance there will be. Animal crossing is a very popular nintendo franchise and is one of there most profitable games. Plus with a new Animal crossing Wii game on the way it's even more possible they'll add a fighter to get peoples attention to animal crossing as much as possible.

You may not care much for the animal crossing series but believe me it's very popular.

It really makes me mad to see people acting like they know it all when they clearly don't, and I don't know it all either for all I know there might not be an ac character in brawl but the facts point to yes there will be one.

Oh and xianfeng did you see sakurai say exactly "Ness is not in brawl"? Unless he says that he's not completly decomfirmed.

It's not her hair shape, different skin colour, different facial structure and Daisy barely ever wears her dress now. She's always in her sports uniform.

He is deconfirmed, because Sakurai said so himself in the update, Lucas has all of his B moves, but PK flash and Ness won't return with a new moveset or as a semi clone because he is not as important, again, comparing this situation to Luigi is very illogic.
