So we all know that GDorf has 2 spiking moves at his disposal. His Dair, the Thunder Stomp, which sends enemies straight down, but is hard to hit with due to the fact that the move has a great deal of lag, and the hitbox does not last very long. Not to mention by jumping of the stage with GDorf's mediocre recover skills you are putting yourself at risk of being edge-guarded yourself.

The second spiking move is his aerial Wizard's Foot(Murder Kick). The downside is that this move only spikes during the first third(though this needs to be verified) of the move. Now the reason that this is superior to spiking people with Thunder Stomps is that it spikes at an angle!

Now this doesn't seem all that important at first blush. After all, why would anyone jump off the stage and Wizard's Foot to their doom? The answer is, they don't. If you get an opponent off the stage, and they recover and are hanging on the edge, this is your chance. When recovering from the edge, you have 3 choices. Roll, attack, or jump. This is where the mindgames come in. Most players I have tried this against either attack or jump. In the case of them attacking or jumping, if you do an aerial Wizard Foot(1 jump), it spikes them right off the stage, since it spikes at an angle as opposed to Thunder Stomp. If they roll, you could be prone to a counter attack if they roll however. The goal here though is that you punish them enough so that they dont try and attack or jump up anymore, as if they roll and you predict it, you can easily hit with an FSmash, or sometimes even a Warlock Punch.

An important issue here is spacing though. I recommend to experiment a little to find what range works for you best (since I don't have a pic. where I can show the spacing I found to be the best). If you are too close to the edge, you will still go careening to your doom!

The other issue is timing. It is extremely hard to get the hang of it at first, but after a little practice, it will start to come to you. I can usually get it off against players about 50% of the time, which is huge considering the step up it is from my attempts to jump off the stage and spike with Thunder Stomping. I suggest practice a little bit in practice mode.

So ya guys, at the risk of being flamed and humiliated, what do you think?

I honestly didn't see it before you edited it. And if it was known, I have never seen anyone else use it :/ Which is odd, because it works so well.

Wasn't this already done back in Melee?
Maybe it was, but aerial Wizard's foot wasn't worth using with all of GDorf's other good aerials. His aerials were truly broken, so there was no need to use a "normal" move.

The wizard foot was, however, the ultimate tech-chaser in melee. It had such a broad hitbox and had killer impact. I finished all my tech-chases with it when I could. It doesn't work so well like that in Brawl because it almost never kills when grounded.

On the ground it was amazing. But I am talking strictly about aerials :p
