Just to be clear, are you asking for a template, or are you asking for the merged icon for a specific pair of characters? (ex. a Ryu icon with Ken as an echo in the corner)

Either way, they definitely exist, though you'd probably have to go back to mid-June (when echo fighters were properly revealed) for some of them. I'll try to find them.
