I'm not sure what the new ice climber stage update says about balloon fighter's chances of getting a spot on the roster, but it says something.
I'm referring to the sea monster found in the last picture of the update, that Sakurai himself specifically points out.
"I feel like I’ve seen that fish before somewhere... Where could it have been?"
Does the monster's appearance mean balloon fighter won't have his own stage, and thereby seriously hurts his chances of being a PC? Does it make him more AT worthy?
or,
Does is the monster's inclusion, and Sakurai's special reference to it, (plus the fact that balloon fighter already has a good chance of being included), mean that his spot on he roster is almost gaurunteed? (he can share IC's stage as a retro character, much like how Ness and kirby shared a stage in SSB64 and Fire Emblem shared LoTZ's stage in SSBM).
please discuss, I'm curious.
