Yeah but tbh it's been a while since we had a debate on here.Snake discussion never changes lol.
Well... Al least make some cameos in other franchises... And the DS Japan-Only things.
Well, in that case, they haven't much supported any system. PS4 and Xbone have MGS5 and Pro Evolution Soccer and that's it. Wii U has gotten like 7 VC games. That's all the console support Konami has given anything at all this gen.Forgot to put a U after the Wii, bruh.
Konami is just ****ing alot of stuff up thus generation. Besides this, they also took off Kojima's name on the MGSV cover art.Well, in that case, they haven't much supported any system. The name thing might be good for kojima. He can form his own studio using his own name without any conflicts with konami.Konami is just f**king alot of stuff up thus generation. Besides this, they also took off Kojima's name on the MGSV cover art.
We all know every one of the games he makes will say A HIDEO KOJIMA GAME on it when he starts his own studio. Kojima (insert Productions like word here) Just look at what happens when Kojima can't put his name on the cover. He has to plaster his name everywhere like SEGA did in Sonic Adventure 1 and 2. All of those posters...The name thing might be good for kojima. He can form his own studio using his own name without any conflicts with konami.
It'll be wierd to me, not seeing him make a Metal Gear game again, like Inafune not making another Megaman game again. The name thing might be good for kojima. He can form his own studio using his own name without any conflicts with konami.
Maybe Kojima will start a kickstarter for a MGS successor. It'll be wierd to me, not seeing him make a Metal Gear game again, like Inafune not making another Megaman game again.
Xenoblade doesn't have KOS-MOS so it's un-fortunate.Xenoblade took it's place fortunately.
I'd buy that, and I still don't own Mario Kart 8 yet.Snake for Mario Kart 8 DLC.
Comes with a kart that's just a cardboard box.
According to Nikkei which I guess was translated by Kotaku or someone else and re-reported by other sites: http://kotaku.com/report-konami-is-treating-its-staff-like-prisoners-1721700073, it's much, much worse. I think MGSV: TP was trying to tell us something by choosing the whole 1984 thing with the themes of identity and revenge... Yeah, if this is really how it is, MGSV: TP will be the last Metal Gear I ever buy. The kind of sweatshop Konami's running is disgusting and to think I wanted to work at Konami, especially Kojima Productions. Welp, if Kojima ever makes his own studio, I'll go to him instead.Konami is just f**king alot of stuff up thus generation. Besides this, they also took off Kojima's name on the MGSV cover art.
It might not affect anything, but it could make negotiations between the two companies much easier. At the very least, it entirely kills the "Konami does not support Nintendo" argument.http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2015/08/nintendo_is_licensing_hudson_soft_ip_from_konamikonami
So, this is news that was brought up. Now, while it may be just the Hudson soft ip's, (Hoping for a Bomberman game! Even if I barely played his games...) it seems Nintendo is cooperating with Konami to make games based on their hudson soft ip's. Now, while it may not apply to other franchises, do you guys think this could make Snake easier to be in Smash Bros? I'm 50/50 on this, but if Snake and Bomberman got in...
If favoriting posts was a thing...
Yeah. Kind of shows Konami is willing to work with Nintendo. Hopefully this bodes well for snake.http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2015/08/nintendo_is_licensing_hudson_soft_ip_from_konamikonami

...Wait
Plot Twist: Both of them are suppose to be T-elos.
First smart and non ****ish move in what seems like a long time.It might not affect anything, but it could make negotiations between the two companies much easier. At the very least, it entirely kills the "Konami does not support Nintendo" argument.

If true, since the link doesn't work for me, maybe there will be good Mario Party games again.http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2015/08/nintendo_is_licensing_hudson_soft_ip_from_konamikonami

Brawl physics thoGrenade x2039465719837928457.
Space with f-tilt (the optimum range is the entire length of FD).
Lay them gently on the ground repeatedly for maximum damage.
Get juggled for a full minute, but never die.
Up tilt when they're at approximately 25% for the kill.
I was gone for a day and don't think anyone had any battles when I was gone. Am trying to make it for the remaining PM recommended times since tomorrow is the last day its up.How did that tourney go, guys? I haven't tried the feature yet.
I'm pretty sure Toro said the two have plans to work together again. No doubt Kojima has plans already for when he leaves Konami. Though Toro also said he's done with Video games, so no telling how that ends up.I hope that, if Kojima does a Kickstarter after he leaves, he uses it for producing a spiritual successor of P.T./Silent Hills. I hate horror games, but I really want to see how it would have tourned out. And Del Toro have also confirmed that he would like to work again with Kojima!
We had a calm and relaxing conversation that started 2 days ago, and ended yesterday. You didn't really miss anything of importance. The first time I joined that "Support Snake" tourney, no one was around. I came back the next day, same result.
And y'all didn't invite me nonetheless? We had a calm and relaxing conversation that started 2 days ago, and ended yesterday. You didn't really miss anything of importance.
Interesting, could just mean licensing for VC games though too couldnt it? But it does help in proving that konami isnt so far gone that negotiations could still be made. Good to see nintendo reach out like that though, gives me hope that a goemon game could have a future if only slightly.http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2015/08/nintendo_is_licensing_hudson_soft_ip_from_konamikonami

I'm glad Konami isn't as far gone as everyone makes it out to be. It appears they can be reached and worked with, and if Nintendo can negotiate with them on Hudson titles, then they could for any other property including Snake. If you ask me, it's really just down to them having the desire to bring him back, and what better way to motivate them than guaranteed sales. Let's keep the support high, make some noise and show the Big N that Snake is their man.Interesting, could just mean licensing for VC games though too couldnt it? That'd be a great Easter Egg. It'd be fun to see how the writers mesh the two different styles of dialogue/humor together. If Snake comes back to Smash 4, and stays permanently, I want him and Pit to have some of the grrates conversations in Smash history.
They both own eachother on their own stages, and the other gets mad. Snake would probably hate Uprising/Smash 4 Pit, since he's more manly than Brawl Pit.That'd be a great Easter Egg. It'd be fun to see how the writers mesh the two different styles of dialogue/humor together.
Been talking it to death in this thread.Does anyone think the Konami/Kojima deal affects Snake's chances?
Yeah I'm late.Been talking it to death in this thread.
We've been talking about it for a long time, and Konami giving Nintendo one of their properties(I think) helps Snakes chances.Does anyone think the Konami/Kojima deal affects Snake's chances?
I don't think it affects Snake's chances. Konami owns all the rights to Snake, so Nintendo would just have to negotiate with them.Does anyone think the Konami/Kojima deal affects Snake's chances?
