Yeah but seeing Cream say "You're a jerk, Mr. Zazz" is so weird to me. I didn't think Cream the Rabbit had enough hatred in her heart to even consider calling someone a doo doo head or something and she calls someone a jerk. Like, damn
Her bottled up feelings from being sidelined by Sonic Team for several years might be surfacing a bit

Liam and his agent are probably just prioritizing more unionized/better paying projects, similar to Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham and a few others
All this kinda makes me wonder if Stephanie Sheh might come back to voice Zeena in the future. Y'know, since Zeena is my favorite character of all time and all.

Additionally I wonder if these new D6 voice actors will take over in a potential future SLW remaster. Just saying, we DID get a Colors remaster THEN a Generations remaster...

Considering she voices Maria in Shadow Generations, probably won’t have to worry about that one for a while

I did it. It's finally done. Sada was way easier than Turo. Probably because Revavroom clutched up an Earthquake from Roaring Moon. But Koraidon vs Koraidon was much cooler.

Now to go grab Walking Wake and Iron Leaves and call it a day. Sick of looking at this ****ty ass game.

Do you think we'll see Project Synapse in the Pokémon Presents?
I want to say probably, but I don’t know.

If it wasn’t for the terra leak there would be no sign of its existence.

Which makes me think it might not be that far along. Especially since it was born from a completely different project.

So it depends on how long it’s been in development. Iirc last update was 2022 or 23. It may be presentable, but I wonder if at that point they just saved it to put on switch 2 instead.

I hope we get some type of spinoff though. Lots of “rumors” just don’t have one listed which surprises me.

I can’t see us not getting one but at the same time I can’t think of what spin-off we could get.

I really want mystery dungeon, but we’ve gone a long time without a new one and a few years since the remake.

I actually hope we do get a new MD game.

Or maybe a remake of Sky.

It took me about an hour or so to catch Walking Wake and Iron Leaves because these people bring the dumbest **** to these raids.

Either they're flexing shinies or they don't understand the concept of Tera types. Or they're new, I won't pull down the newcomers.

Regardless, it is DONE. I no longer have a timeline to address.

Least until Pokemon Presents. I'm sure they're cooking up a new raid or something.

It took 8 sandwiches but I got my shiny Roaring Moon.

EDIT: And just got a second one as well.

EDIT2: And a third one. Wait was worth it.

Five bucks says they're developing a game on Switch 2 just in time for Super Mario Bros' 40th anniversary. (DISCLAIMER: Money will not be honored either way.)

my office, probably
Finally picked my Sonic marathon back up after weeks of not playing any games. I beat Sonic CD the other day.

It's a strange game, I don't know how I feel about it. Like Sonic 1 it doesn't really allow you to have that burst of speed the series is known for most of the time but this time it actually has a purpose because of the time travel mechanic, which is a really cool and interesting concept that I absolutely have to give points to, especially considering this game is over 30 years old and was one of the first games in the franchise.

That being said, the mechanic feels kind of... underbaked? Like, all you do is go back to the past to destroy some robot capsules and then you get the good future. It's kind of repetitive and kind of annoying because I had to use a guide to find a lot of those capsules as well as a decent way to even time travel in the first place. And I barely got to visit the good futures afterwards because by the time you destroy the capsules and find a future post, the level is over.

The levels feel open ended and at the time way too short to stick out in my mind. Like, I hate half the zones in Sonic 1, but at least they stick in my mind. The only level in Sonic CD that does that is Wacky Workbench, and that's not for good reasons. Also unpopular opinion, but I don't think the JP OST is that good. It is good and I like some tracks, but it's not all that memorable to me.

But overall I would say this was a positive experience, it was a relaxing game to play and most of the levels were inoffensive to me aside from Wacky Workbench Zone 1. Also the Metal Sonic race was awesome and the animated cutscenes just hit different. I don't know if I want to replay it with the other characters yet, I'll have to think about it, unlike with Sonic 1 where I absolutely do not want to.

In conclusion,
