You can send Pokemon from GO to Pokemon Home. And from there, they can be transferred into any game that's Home compatible.

So the answer is yes, once Home support is out for S/V.

Whenever that happens.

If Game & Watch Gallery 4 could release in Japan via the Wii U Virtual Console, then why Nintendo doesn't do the same with Dr. Mario 64?

Not sure but they can easily make a US/EU Switch account if they really want it.

Did Nintendo lost the source code of the Japanese version? Not sure because it was brought onto the GameCube with Nintendo Puzzle Collection (without the story mode) and re-used the graphics for a GBA bundle with Panel de Pon.
