I think the disappointing thing about Clover is from what it seems it like

Has level scaling
3 different full regions
exp caps to prevent you from grinding too much
A need to EV train to beat later fights

Which all sound great but

Oh my gosh I spent so long thinking the same thing.

Anyway yes, Flabebe and its line is a dang good introduction to the Fairy type. Part of why I like it so much is cuz I'm fond of flowers and floral aesthetics. It's part of why Grass is one of my favorite types.

And my first Flabebe was named after Caitlin Cooke, and I'm pretty sure it was the very rare white one, so yes I'm biased.
