We don’t know for sure. Past precedent tells us that the next two weeks is a safe bet, but they could always switch things up.

All we know is that June is when the marketing cycle will start for sure. It’s only a matter of time.

they showing how Hawkins lab was experimenting with memory manipulation, which I though would be important for later. I don’t think the music defeated it, it’s the idea that postive memories can keep people tethered to the real world and not Vecna. Actually defeating it is likely to be Els job.
The song connected with max and was key to keeping her out of the trance.

Actually, I think the last Mario spin-off I played that really resonated with me was probably Dream Team? I loved BiS don't get me wrong, but Dream Team was just really fun to me.

I was stoked for Super Rush but, uh...

I like the game, but to say it went mild would be an understatement. :114:

Dream Team was great tbh.

As for Mario Spinoffs, tbh I don't really play much of them, it's really only the RPGs and Kart for me. And by RPGs I just mean Paper Mario since M&L is dead. But that's cool, PM has been a comfort series of mine since TTYD and I still find enjoyment out of every game in the series, even though I'd admit M&L is the better franchise.

that likely is the case, but it’d be kinda funny if that specific song was his only weakness. I do wonder how they’ll connect Russian and Will stories into the main plot, since they’re busy trying to get into the Eleven arc to then connect to the Vecna storyline…and then there’s Russia

I don't think I can be infracted for stating something that canonically happened in official Sonic media.

It was a ****ing experience. I was a changed man, when I finished.

Charmy Bee dead up gets lobotomized. Not even like, a cartoon equivalent or censored, dead up the bee gets lobotomized by Eggman.

Oh, and pre-Ian era, Charmy's entire country and family get offed by Eggy.

His best friend also dies of overdose in an alley.

I think SEGA asked they change Charmy to reflect his game appearances more.

How they chose to do that, however, was entirely on Ian and co., lol.

Long story short, SEGA wanted the comics to closer reflect the games after Ken Penders left. Charmy was already established as a teen in the comics, so finding a way to naturally make Charmy a kid was basically impossible. That's kinda the route Ian Flynn had to go with, though he said he regrets the execution.

So if having Charmy become a kid thanks to brain damage sounds forced, it is. Ya can thank SEGA for that one, haha.

Charmy was a normal teenager, like the rest of the gang. He was a prince actually. And he even had a girlfriend.

While in the actual game series SEGA didn't give a **** about the Chaotix, they were a mainstay in the comics for many years. But when they were brought back for Heroes, Charmy was changed into a toddler.

And the comics needed to reflect that.

SEGA told them to change Charmy to reflect his modern character, but they didn't tell them how. Backed into a corner, Ian did the only thing he could think of. Lobotomizing him.

No joke, he's a child trapped in a teenager's body all the way up to the reboot. His friends and his girlfriend are forced to become the caretakers of a man who was once their equal. And future husband, in Saffron's case.
