First posted game, let's see how it turns out.
______________________________________________
The purpose of this game is to use whatever resources in brawl to capture and keep the Smash ball. When you post, you must:

1: Steal the smash ball from your opponent
2: Guard the Smash ball in some manner.
___________________________________________________
No fair destroying the smash ball or using your own Final Smash.
Posting the same guard of the smash ball twice in a row is unrecommended.

All ATs, characters, items, bosses, and top level players are allowed, but God himself is not. (Essentially, if it appears in Smash, feel free to use it.)

You may not reply to yourself here. If this happens, the next person will simply continue the story from your first post.
___________________________________________________

I'll start us off...

I give the smash ball to Meta-Knight, who begins his Infinite Dimensional Cape.

A Lucario at 999% damage runs up to Falco, counters the opening move, and follows up with a fully charged Aura Ball. Lucario then affixes a pitfall to the Smash Ball, and throws it at the ground.

IC's come in and lets Nana fall in the pitfall, Popo then takes the smash ball from Lucario by quickly grabbing him and beating him till the smash ball comes out, then throws him KOing him and then proceding to destroy the smash ball. Nana out of the pitfall proceeds to get de-synchranized with Popo. *knows his stuff*

Sonic the Hedgehog grabs a conveniently located timer/bunny hood pair, and completely blindsides Popo. He then jumps off the stage limits into the realm of Subspace, where he is turned into a trophy and put into D3's private collection. Dedede now guards the smash ball, and he has an army of Waddle Doos to back him up.

(Thanks for the support of the game, I fully expected it to be ignored.)

*Is an honorable man who gives daily support*

Ike grabs a lightning bolt and shrinks D3 and his whole army, then f-smashes them as they trip towards him (which is what they'll most likely do)

Ike grabs the smash ball and proceeds to start up his sword ground flame stabby move, you know, nuetral B?

Fox stands to the side and racks him up to 80% damage by firing his LAZAR.
Ike then proceeds to do 20% to himself by executing a fully charged eruption.
Fox does a dash Usmash to KO Ike, then flies off in an Arwing. (This is where the creative part begins ^_^)

Rayquaza shoots down the arwing, and it crashes, Diddy Kong and Donkey Kong come along and take the smash ball, they wander off in to rumble falls. (creative enough?)

After a time, Diddy Kong makes one too many "King Kong" references. DK uses his side-b to smash him into the ground, and the smash ball flies out. But, oh no! DK slips on a stray banana peel, and falls off the bottom of the continually scrolling screen with his nephew... the smash ball is intercepted by none other than... Ganondorf.

(we need more people, eh?)

YEZ!!! (we do......)

Captain Falcon flies out of his Blue Falcon and shows Ganon what it means to be a clone by Falcon Punching him, He then later says "Show me ya moves" which sounds strangely like "Show Moves!" then he goes to mute city to participate in the race.

Unfortunately, CF's Blue Falcon has been hijacked. He is forced to pay over the smash ball to none other than... Wario, who loans him his Bike to chase down the thieves.
Wario then... eats the smash ball. It remains whole, simply inside of him.

Mario places a plate of curry in front of Wario, Wario can't resist and eats it, he starts breathing fire and eventually coughs up the smash ball, Mario hoses down Wario with F.L.U.D.D. and knocks him off the stage, Mario grabs the smash ball and go's to the sewers where all the turtles and crabs are. (gotta get past those too.....)

A lone figure appears above the sewers... Pokemon trainer.
He caresses his beloved pokeball, then releases it, sending Squirtle into the depths.
Squirtle uses Surf, flooding the sewers along with all the 2d crabs and turtles. Mario's health bar begins receding, but the five coins allow him to stay alive long enough to make it to the surface. As soon at his head breaches the water, a sheet of ice forms... the Ice Climbers have frozen the water and Mario. They take the Smash Ball, then climb the highest mountain, where they have a cup of tea.

Oh no! Kirby left his Dragoon unguarded! Well, we all know what happens when you leave your guard open... G&W rides the ship into Kirby, and -barely- manages to snag the smash ball. The smash ball is then put into his bucket, which reads "Level 1".

Fox comes back and keeps blasting G&W until he uses his bucket, Fox sacrifices himself (lol) so the smash ball can be free. Then G&W desperatley tries to get it back but it cut short by R.O.B. who grabs the smash ball and acvtivates a sub-space bomb, R.O.B. then goes back to his fortress where his millions of R.O.B. servants live.

Muahaha, I have found my secret area to work on my movesets.

The inverted warrior of time and space, Simirror joins the brawl!

*~Moveset~*

Standard Combo

In order to get a clear visual of this, take a look at the animation I made for his B. Now, take away the mirrors, and the slashing effect from the first frame. This leaves us with one thing... the spinning motion of the wand. In this multi-hit attack, opponents are dealt minor damage, and also can DI out of it quickly. However, it executes quickly, with little ending lag. It is also disjointed, being able to hit above and below of where the wand actually is, making it an edgeguarding tool. But to counter this, it also has low priority, meaning that it should only be used against characters which have a non-violent recovery, such as Captain Falcon or Ganondorf.

Hits are dealt whenever the wand reaches the top, middle, or bottom of its path, and each one does 1-2%.

Rising Attack (Below 100%)

Simirror does a weaker version of his Mirror Body, splitting into two forms on either side of him, then returning into his feet. The bodies only move one square to wither side of him, however. It also has the same ill effects of low priority and high ending lag. In most cases, a roll away from the opponent would be a far better choice. With low damage but deceptive knockback, this makes a tempting move to use, but is rarely worth it.

6% damage, med-high knockback. Moderate starting lag, which is backed up by invincibility frames.

Rising Attack (Above 100%)

After a moment's hesitation, Simirror stabs his wand into the ground, shattering the orb at the end for the duration of the attack. The resulting force causes projectile-canceling mirror shards to shoot out to either side of him, with half the range of his below 100% rising attack. Unlike other characters, this over 100% move is far more effective than the one below 100%, as it deals both moderate damage and knockback with little ending lag. In fact, it is possible to follow this up with a dash attack or a Mirror Body. After the shards end their attacking phase, they are sucked back to the shattered end of the wand.

8% damage, moderate knockback, high ending lag.

Ledge Attack (Below 100%)

The opening frames of this move involve Simirror taking his left hand (the one holding the wand) off of the ledge, and holding it upwards. The wand flashes with an intense burst of light, and the Simirror teleports onto the stage, directly by the ledge. It may appear to be non-violent, but like Zelda's ending phase of her recovery move, it will deal moderate damage with vertical knockback to opponents who get in the way.

8% damage, moderate knockback, med-high ending lag.

Ledge Attack (Above 100%)

Another semi-sacrificial move for Simirror, he slams his wand into the ground as he crawls up onto the stage. As it shatters, Mirror Waves are shot outwards, that stop projectiles in their tracks. Moving upwards at a 45° angle up to one square away from him, this move is a near-sure way to get back onto the stage. However, it does minimal damage and knockback, reducing his offensive options. He regains control after the wave disappears, approximately .5 seconds after it forms. He is vulnerable from above.

4% damage, low knockback.

*~Tilts~*

UTilt: Dimensional Rift

Simirror points above his head, where a distortion occurs (about half a block above him), similar to a black hole, but with a bluish-purple hue. It sucks opponents towards the center of it, like Ganon's UTilt. It remains active for about 1.5 seconds, and if a rival is pulled in, then they are immediately thrown out of a parallel wormhole 5 squares above them, which spawns specifically for this purpose. They are able to move soon after they are dropped out of the wormhole, and have a lingering "darkness" visual effect, due to the unwelcome space-time travel. It can hit multiple enemies.

10% damage dealt, high start-up lag, medium ending lag.

FTilt: Barrier Force

Moving his wand in the same path as his Neutral Special, this attack still retains quite a different effect. A bluish-white barrier forms along the suggested arc, which extends both above and below the path Simirror created with his hand. This barrier serves to cancel the trajectory of most projectiles, making them useless to either party. Opponents dumb enough to walk into this wall will take 3-4% and flinching damage. As long as you hold down A, it will remain active. Moving the control stick up and down will move the barrier along the arc, with a maximum of 20 degrees of deviation.

3-4% damage, flinching knockback. Can be used for edgeguarding when aimed downwards.

I IS PEOPLE BOW BEFORE ME
*ahem*

HOWEVER Luigi comes over and notices that strange cardboard box with a smash emblem on it's sides, and believes it to be the next big thing after capsules. However, as he lands his best attack on it, the box flies off due to an overload of KARATE and the Smash Ball is yet again revealed.

Luigi likes it's rainbox texture, and he does not want anyone else to steal it from him.
So he hides it in a deep dark temple cavern.

Clue for you: TEMPLE STAGE

But oh no, he's intercepted by the Hero of Time, Link!! Link confuses Luigi for a demon due to the glow of the aura from the Smash Ball and proceeds to battle Luigi, who eventually can't hold on to it any longer. Link then nabs the Smash Ball believing that he has slain the demon and that the Ball was the essense of the demon, and continues to gaurd it so.

At Spear Pillar, a lone Manaphy appears. Spying Lucario, it giggles a little, then uses it's ability: Heart Swap. The power of the Smash Ball transfers over to none other than Pokemon Trainer, who is visiting Spear Pillar on his quest. Spying Dialga, he sends out Charizard to do battle... and Charizard is immediately KOed.

The smash ball floats away to a Star shaped planet, and now rests in an exquisite fountain... the Fountain of Dreams.

At that place of tranquility, the young star warrior of Pop Star, Kirby, drops by for a nice little break. He sees the shining smash ball, and, being a young curious mind, obtains it.

He discovers a powerful surge within himself, and believes that this will make him the envy of his friends. In order not to lose it, Kirby swallows the smash ball, where it shall be safe and unrecoverable by anyone else. :chuckle:

...however, the smash ball has a strange garlic scent attached to it, and Kirby decides it better to simply stay at the Fountain, and let the smash ball soak in the water, until it is freed of it's absolutely disgusting taste and scent.

It's Captain Falcon's time to shine!

Finally having caught um to the Primids that stole his beloved Blue Falcon, Captain Falcon recieves an IM (lolwha?) that reveals to him the location of the Smash Ball. At a ridiculously fast pace, he races to Dream Land. When he sees Kirby frolicking in the fountain of dreams, he hardens his heart and shoves him under the water.

When Kirby comes up, he begins gasping for air, and accidently swallows the smash ball, regardless of the smell/taste.

A random Waddle Doo jumps into the Fountain, and when he lightly grazes Kirby, a *crash* sounds happens, and the Smash Ball is set free once again. Falcon grabs the Smash Ball, and flies to the planet of Norfair.

Only to find out his Blue Falcon has been sabatoged by the Primids, C. Falco crashes into the lava and the smash Ball escapes. The Smash Ball continues it's long journy until it makes it's way to a bright and sunny place. Hanenbow, where Pit is practicing his flying, Pit spies the Smash Ball in all it's beauty and thinks of what a great present it would be for Palutena, Pit grabs the smash ball and hurries over to skyworld.

Then Ike, due to his tremendous gerth, falls through the clouds of skyworld. Desperate, he blindly swings in a hope to catch something. He does catch something, Pit's smash ball. It turns out that he only fell 2 meters. He then, with the smash ball, lays a series of motion sensor bombs and greaps, followed by Galleom and his series of scope primids. BEAT THAT.

A lone goomba hears the music of the star, and he knows what to do.

Mario spies the goomba, and begins running towards it. The Goomba continually quickens its pace, and when the music of the starman stops playing... screeches to a halt. Overestimating his power as usual, Mario runs directly into the goomba... and the Game Over music plays. Bowser appears from the shadows, pats the goomba on the head, and reclaims the Smash Ball. The smash ball is then places into the same room as the mushroom embassador, e.g. the "THANK YOU MARIO" guy.

Mario's lives have run out, so he cannot rescue the smash ball this round.

The princess, however, knows this is bullocks and proceeds to beat him until she gets it, once she has it, she go's to Rainbow Cruise im attempt to get to Desert land to show it to Daisy.

At Rainbow Cruise, Peach lingers a bit to long looking at the pretty rainbow, and like any good captain goes down with the ship.
The Smash Ball flies down towards the land once again, towards the land of Warioware. Wario sees the shiny, and like any rich fool begins to pursue it and put it in his safe to never look at it again.
The safe is guarded by a combination lock of five microgames.

However, he phails at the Ninja one, and the smash ball flies away only to be found by Yoshi and his brethren. They start dancing and singing around a campfire admiring it and the happy tree. (which is really a vine)

Diddy Kong's appearance!

Swinging in from another (conveniently located) vine, DdK grabs the smash ball, leaving behind a plethora of banana peels to hinder the Yoshi's pursuit.

He catches up with DK, and they place it and a couple golden bananas in their banana hoard.
Guarding it is... Porky, who seems to have a passion for bananas.

Diddy Kong feels generous enough to give a banana to Porky. As Porky is eating the banana, Diddy Kong spams the A button on him, releasing the Smash Ball.

Diddy Kong guards the Smash Ball, ready to A-spam or shoot the peanut popgun at anybody who comes near it.

Only to get chain grabed by D3 to death.
I feel so sorry for Samus.

But anyway Sonic comes out of nowhere and runs at the speed of sound taking care of all the Waddle Dee army in a short matter of time, and he's too fast to be Chaingrabbed by Dedede. Sonic makes D3 trip (thanks Sakurai), and puts D3 in a jablock until the smashball is knocked out of him, once Sonic has the Smash ball he takes off FAST again.

(back to revive my thread)

The DK team once again interferes! Sonic trips over a well placed banana peel, and continues to trip over the next three in his path. Normally, this would simply be annoying... but Sonic has tripped himself into Ike's F-Smash! Sonic flies off into the horizon, and Ike controls the smash ball. He readies his counter...

But Marth(a) comes out of nowhere and waits for Ike's counter frames to wear off, (s)he then hits Ike with the tip of Falchion and sends Ike flying as far as he sent Sonic. Marth(a) now possesses the Smash Ball.

Ike is painfully chaingrabbed to a Dair spike by Falco.

Falco dashes away, and hides the smash ball in the chaos of the general brawl discussion. (Don't guard the smash ball the same way someone else did, plox.)
