I understand that you guys aren't having a meeting this weekend because of Easter, which is understandable.

Keep in mind, however, that there's a biweekly coming up with a lot of things to cover. For the next week, please discuss it amongst yourselves how to resolve the following issues:

• 40% pot or $5 house fee?

JFox and Magus had some good ideas to combine the two fees. Look into what they have to say and decide something soon. If you decide to go with the 40% or the combination of the two, the percentage of the pot will go to Marcel's mother. If we do a door fee, we take whatever is half to help cover the food costs.

• Food Supplies

This is the main issue that I want discussed. Try to come up with a food budget that you think can serve up to 40-some people, the reason being that some people might like to have seconds. I suggest doing some research by going to your local market and checking out the prices before you decide on what your budget should be. Right now, the best we can do is to pay the food with our own pockets. Afterwards, decide how to sell the food. Remember - we're always selling for more than what we buy. My suggestion is coming up with a combo that's simple and affordable, and having individual food items be slightly more expensive. The goal is to be able to pay back what we needed for the food budget, and plus-some to start putting some money into the TSA Bank Account. Keep track of who helped with the budget and pay them back accordingly. Speaking of which, hold onto any extra money that we gained until we decide on a Treasurer. I also want someone to keep track of how many food items we bought, how much we bought it for, and how much was sold and for what amount, etc. .

• Marcel's Idea - Yay or Nay?

Very straight forward.

• Out of country smashers? Can we somehow raise some money for it?

Sensei brought this idea up, and I don't think it's such a bad idea. We can ask people to help donate for the cause, though we'd have to pick a specific smasher to bring to make things simple. The only real problem is the time for Smashtality III - it's only about 2 months away. Whether you guys want to do it or not is up to you.

Being that I'm away and I can rarely come online, I leave the responsibility to you guys. There's a lot to cover and only one week left to figure it out for the biweekly. You guys can do it.

Lastly, Sensei's tournament is tomorrow. Be there and show some support!

Anybody wanna play smash Friday night? I am thinking about going to CCX around 7:30 PM and give some lessons However, I don't want to play with noobs all night. This will be good practice for anybody going to the Biweekly and you guys can discuss how you can run things and what not, maybe like a mini TSA meeting, xP

Instead of 40% or 5% house fee... you do 25% from the pot, and 2$ house fee. This will include food. and drinks and stuff.

Anyone, however, who bring like..hotdogs or some **** should be waved from the house fee.

marcel, i figured that we would do the combined of 30% from the pot and 2 or 3 dollars for the door fee. The 30% from the pot would all go to your mother and the door fee would be for the food, although if we do door fee for food, we will have to write down the names of people or tag them because there will be people who would rather go out to eat.

Maybe a better option would be to sell the items separately so if some people eat less then they wont be paying more than necessary and the vice versa for people who eat more too. Like how they did at cataclysm.

if you guys have some suggestions let me know asap. I didn't see any hebrew national hotdogs there :/ I myself eat Halal meat, but I do occasionaly eat Kosher stuff if thats available.
My biggest concern was if we got a grill or not, but since copy says he's got that covered, then i may bring some hot dogs or patties, though we need to get some buns.

i agree with Do, we should just sell the food separate from the door fee because otherwise we would have to worry about making sure EVERYBODY gets food, while some people are gonna wanna go out to eat (like when marcel's mom cooked).
one thing we gotta worry about when selling stuff individually though is change. if we sell stuff for like .75 cents then someones gotta bring a lotta quarters or something.

dm brought up a good point where if door fee is made then all the food bought will be payed for, we just have to make sure that people who WANT to eat know there is food and be given some.

Once again, he wants to come and premiere another of his videos, this time the first episode of "The Last Tier Wars."

He's also looking for voice actors. I'm willing to try out, as well as recommend him to some good amateur voice actors that I happen to know. If you're interested, feel free to let him know about it.

Edit: WTF are we gonna do about this door fee. Somepeople want. Some say we should do it only for those that will eat the food TSA is providing. Some just say do 40% of the pot.

i'll leave figuring out how to price it to you marcel. just one suggestion though, if we're gonna price things individually or charge or $3 door fee, i hope someone's bringing a lot of change/singles cuz i know that normally its hard as hell to make change at these things
