Hey, guys. It has been awhile. I thought it'd be fair for me to update people on a few things.
For one, as it has been teased on occassion, Smash 3C has a lot of things nearing completion behind the scenes. I am not at liberty to go into specifics, but it's some exciting stuff.
Another thing I'd like to share is that my ability to contribute to Smash 3C on a regular basis has been up and down for several months now. For personal reasons, my life has gradually become more complicated and requires me to step away from BrawlBox and Project M. While I'd like to consider myself part of the Smash 3C Team, I doubt how often I will be able to do this anymore.
But I have personally been working on a few things for a while now, and today I'm willing to share them! I won't be sharing everything just yet, but I certainly will be shedding some light on what I have!
Here's a new alternate color for Yoshi! Because the majority of Yoshi's official color variations already make appearances in
Smash Bros., I got to be more interperative with my choices.
In a similar way that one of Smash 3's
new colors for Mario is based on his appearance from
Super Mario World, this lavender Yoshi is based on Blue Yoshi's appearance in the SNES classic.
Here's another example of things to come: a red orange Yoshi. I made sure to make it distinct from Red Yoshi and Orange Yoshi. Those who've played
Super Mario Galaxy 2 may recognize this color.
As with Ness
and Sonic
, Yoshi will have four new alternate colors as an expansion pack. People are free to use them in whatever way they want. Normally that'd be it, but I have an additional color project that I've been working on with Yoshi...
That's it for now. Tootles!
