yo guys, I've added the divisions; Newbie, _____ and Elite. only people in the elite division will be playing in crew battles; however we don't have a name for the second division... any suggestions? we were thinking of 'intermediate' or 'regular' but idk.

forget the member nonsense of rankings and starters and elites or watever its not worth the drama u would think people would b like itll give sumthing for people to work on but it doesnt
people get angry at being in a lower division jus make up the crew members for ure crew battles the week b4 or watever its not worth the drama
its understandable it makes that person feel as if they are inferior or is thought of as inferior to the other members who cares about ranks the crew themselves will know the best team/single player without a ranking system
hax - save ureself the trouble jus dont edit anything

well, the problem is nearly every crew has rankings and nearly every crew knows who the better players are. if i wasn't put in the highest division i wouldn't start ****ing beasting on the person who made the divisions. i really don't see what's wrong with it i've already told some crew members about this and they liked the idea. and btw this was a WEEK ago, this was before i even teamed with branden at the weekly.yo guys im dont wanna sound like i know everything but jus 4 advice

Personally i love the idea and i actually think it gives me a chance to improve as motivation but some some people dont its just how it is hax i dunno wat else to tell u.
personally i understand exactly wat u mean but people WILL leave cuz of it. it seems that they are worse than the rest of the crew its not a good thought no matter how u look at it

If u guys STILL want a ranking system the simplest way to do this is round robin tourney at a smashfest where all of u can agree on that way it is a RESULT based standing based on the crewmembers
with that make the Top 5 members of ure crew "elites" or "starters"(starters sound better IMO)
then make the rest "alternates" easy

every month or so redo the system so people can have more chances to get in to the "starter" status
also the people who dont show up is automatically "alternate" so even if jesus didnt go he is alternate that way its sooo much more fairer
(maybe u guys should do top 6 cuz crew battles happen to be 6 people nowadays)
