The Stop Complaining About Brawl Campaign thread.

Moaning, moaning, MOANING! All you [some] people do is moan! ****! (Unless you're waiting for a PAL release date. that's fine).

It's really got to me now; people are going MENTAL about today's update, and pretty much every single update that's been released. Daymn.

Heh, closed thread. But I just wanted to make mine and others' feelings clear about the topic.

Don't get me wrong, I think Brawl is going to be awesome; however, it will have plenty of flaws with it too. I really don't think that one should exclude opinions cause they don't like them, or act as if people who aren't so excited about it are somehow below them and need to be squelched.

People will always complain about updates. It's how you take it that counts. This thread is a complaint in of itself, anyways.

Why wouldn't people complain? Smash fans are spoiled. What other game gives us daily updates? People, updates have to be small if we're to get them everyday before the game's release, and then every day afterwards.

I don't know if that's a dig at Microsoft from a Nintendo fanboy, but Halo 3 had a complete multiplayer demo online for 3 weeks that everyone was playing, which I would much rather have of Brawl than updates.

AND Bungie gave their community juicy tidbits on the game every week. It just wasn't in daily doses like Brawl.

I dunno..I stopped worrying when I saw Online confirmed. I knew Sakurai had been listening to us. Then with Sonic, that was it. No way this game is going to suck. So really, now that the two MAJOR concerns I saw(Sonic and On-line) have been taken care of, people are complaining about tiny stuff, like updates that won't affect the final product at all.

Really, when the game comes out, is it going to matter how bad the June 3rd update was or whatever? Not really.

There is always room for improvement, and that's what people like to highlight. Granted, some people go about it in different ways than others, but people are entitled to their opinion. The problem this guy is pointing out is the way people complain rather than portray their thoughts in an intelligent and calm manner. Discussions and arguments happen, but when people don't back up their claims or look to antagonize people, that's where the problems begin. I can understand if someone doesn't like something about Brawl,--even if they haven't played--but I don't like it when people look to blame their problems on Sakurai, i.e., "OMG Sakurai is so stupid, look at DK's Final Smash, he needs to try harder." I would agree that DK's Final Smash is lame, but when one states it like that, it does not provide any input or do any good at all.

I always look at the bright side of these updates, yet now I don't want them, simply because of all the butthurt complainers that follow. Even everyone I talk to irl about Brawl complains. Sakurai is doing us a favor and everyone takes it as an insult. Seriously guys, come on.

no hes not ****ing loistening to us. hes listening to smasher joe who uses items on big blue where "edgecamping" is dishonorable. everyone has wanted online for melee, regardless of community.

I don't care if people speculate. I usually never care when people voice their own opinions, but this is getting ridiculous. All I'm hearing is whining. "where's captain falcon? D:" "where's krystal?" If people are only going to try to predict what we're going to get on the dojo and then complain about how "crappy " it is when they're wrong, I really don't think we deserve the updates.
