If I may suggest... perhaps for 3rd party series that DON'T have a playable character? You could list something along the lines of simply asking us if we would like for a certain game/game series to get a playable character?

For example, you could list 'Ridge Racer' (which would cover Reiko Nagase, Ai Fukami, and the cast of R: Racing Revolution), 'Billy Hatcher' (Billy and his friends), 'Rival Schools' (Batsu Ichimonji, Akira Kazama, etc.), and so on to encompass an ENTIRE series, simply asking people if they would be cool with a character from that series instead of individual characters.

That's what I'm doing.
