While I'll miss his photo realistic textured pants from Brawl, I like his shiny new ones.

Also, his neck for some reason seems to be almost as red as his hat. I know it's just shading and lighting, but take a good look at the middle image. It just looks weird to me.

I prefer this pants than his denim ones in Brawl, honestly. Now you guys made me notice, yes, he's definitively more expressive. I can't wait to see how he will be in the story modes cutscenes.

It probably won't bother me in-game, since there probably won't be any situations where I'll get a close view of it. Just something I noticed in that one screenshot.

Mario has always been an expressive character in one form or another even in the old days when he lack facial expression and it was shown mostly in how he acts. The brawl version did seem a bit plain in that regards.

I would like to see a story mode return but not like Subspace. I mean it was cool, but in a lot of places it just dragged. Mainly at the end for me. I would like to see something of a fusion between Adventure mod and Subspace though

His never smiling was like the opposite of regular Mario. It was weird. I hope he smiles some times.
