No. But having all your combustibles on the lowest tiers of the floor won't bode very well.​

Then again, oxygen may be deprived in the underground levels, thus possibly cutting off any fires from rapidly spreading. Then again, if the fire consumes any amount of oxygen in the tunnel, that would mean that many passengers riding in transport could suffocate due to anoxia. Good thing our main form of public transportation doesn't involve underground transportation systems.

Since this is an idealistic future, everyone knows the cars are powered by some 100% clean and efficient nonexistant elements.

Who cares about danger though, if anything it makes life more fun.
