i get so bored DOING my work.. ive added it to allowed sites, changed internet privacy to minimum and it still says "BLOCKED: Chatrooms (global)"

if the thing blocking it is websense dont even bother, everytime you use a proxy they record it and block it on their daily update. they've got some of the stupidest blocks too (they blocked a horoscope website for "non-traditional religions" the ****ers).

if you want a sure way around everything, go onto logmein.com and register with their program. d/l it at home and you can access your computer from school and have free access from your home computer in a web browser

Ha, I'm glad swf isn't blocked at my school. The only thing I can't really get to is most game sites, and even then with a few minutes of searching google I can usually find a good site.

Zeus, your school just has a mad good site blocker, and they probably set better filtering paramters than most schools, but probably not as retardedly Nazified as my school's one.

Just use a proxy server, but keep in mind some schools will expel you for that LOL. 4chan is not allowed in school

if you search for a website and its blocked, hit the cache button on google under the link. its a backup of the site saved on google so it uses google as a proxy even if the translator for google is blocked. i just found it out and aprarently no one else really knows about it so yay!
