yea. dedede has the projectile so you have to come to him most of the time. and when you do, his godly grab range combined with the fact that every time you get grabbed, he's going to do about 20 damage makes him very difficult.

If you ever played Melee shield grabbing happened alot as well and was a very good tactic, but was probably even worse in melee considering that alot of characters had chain grabs or grab combos, so I wouldn't be complaining.

Yea but shields also had stun at this time and L canceling went a long way to avoid shieldgrabbing. Approaching is more varied in Melee so you can't sit in you shield. I won't ramble, but shieldgrabbing is duh gay **** in Brawl and only gay if you don't know how to avoid it in Melee. CC was often more broken.

My thoughts exactly, the problem with Brawl is that it rewards defensive play

K, here are my thoughts on this.

And without further ado, I present to you the official SBR Brawl Tier List (v1.0):

Top
Meta Knight - I agree, very annoying character
Snake - Can be top tier if you play really good but very very few people can do that
King Dedede - I think he should gbe lower, maybe it's just cuz' I can beat him easily though
Mr. Game & Watch - I agree with the placement of him
Falco - Yes! He should be higher, very good
R.O.B. - An extremely fun character to be, (he is one of my secondaries) good too

High
Marth - I think he should be a little lower int he tier but none the less, very good Character
Wario - Should be top in "High" tier section in my opinion
Lucario - Weak but good attacks
Donkey Kong - I think he should be lower
Diddy - One of the most annoying characters in SSBB
Pikachu - Go Pikachu! He is my secondary!
Ice Climbers - Should be in middle tier
Kirby - Another one of my secondaries. has good potential
Pit - Another good dude. SHould be higher in tier
Wolf - A decent character

Middle
Toon Link - Should be lower but still good
Olimar - O.K! This guy takes the cake in being annoying!
Fox - Should be lower
Zelda - Frustrating moves
Zero Suit Samus - Can be pretty dangerous in good hands
Bowser - Very good moves
Luigi - I love listenign to Luigi users. They abosouletely love him
Peach - Should be higher
Ike - My main! I always thought he should be higher but I might be bias
Shiek - Should be lower!!!!

Low
Lucas - I always though they were very good, should be in "High" tier
Ness - Same thing
Mario - Yeah, good placement for him. Not very good moves
Pokémon Trainer - Squirtle can be very good. I use Charizard as a secondary
Samus - Maybe should be a little higher in tier but still pretty bad
Yoshi - A decent character actually
Sonic - Not many K.O.ing moves him makes him bad
Jigglypuff - Bad. Enough said.
Ganondorf - I have only seen a couple good Ganan users
Link - Should be higher but quite bad
Captain Falcon - Terrible (Jiggs should be last though)

Is it just me or are a lot of people going back to Melee? Check the Melee boards sometime, theres alot of people from 08 asking questions. You'd think all of the growing anticipation and speculation about this tier list would be met by more people posting aswell. I am intrigued.
