ok so, we know that certain, if not all, unlockable characters are included in the SSE thanks to sonic's vid. also due to the fact that DK is meeting bowser and diddy got attacked by rayquaza and also joined fox, is it safe to assume that megaman could meet up with anyone else, even other characters such as krystal, Ridley, or someone else?(assumeing these two are in)

sonic will be an unlockable character, and you saw how he and mario team up. we cant have all three third party characters as starters. so unless snake is the unlockable one along with megaman and sonic is a starter, then unlockables can be used in it ya. also if you defeat a character to have them in your party/or unlock them, then they already have a spot in it so in some way they do.

I found it pretty useful, especially against the hermit crab.

you would not believe how many times i died trying to figure out how to beat the **** pod boss of wily fortress 1... i think it's the second cheapest boss battle in mm classic (first - King w bass in megaman & bass)

Dr. Light is watching Samus fight Ridley on his computer monitor. He teleports Mega Man into action! Mega Man beams in just in time to watch Samus take a plasma blast from Ridley's mouth. She is pushed back through a wall from the imense power of the deadly beam, sending debris everywhere. Mega Man jumps in the air charging his mega buster for a blast, but Ridley counters and slashes his buster sending Mega Man flying into the corner next to Samus. Sparks are shooting out of Mega's arm as he and Samus watch in horror. Then Samus' eyes dilate as an idea pops in her head. Her eyes connect with Mega's. Ridley lets out a shriek and begins rapidly approaching. Samus turns into a morph ball, and Mega performs his rockball kick on Samus!

BOOOM!!!

Ridley takes a MegaMorphball to the face!!!

Samus and Mega Man run to her ship.

So here is my Moveset for Mega Man / X I'm against the copy ability. Why? Because in the games, Mega/X only get's new weapons AFTER he defeats his foes. Mega/ X should use popular Robot Mater weapons from the games.

B: Mega/X Buster. duh

B^: Rush Coil / Air Dash. The direction can be chosen via the control stick. Much like Mewtwo's teleport.

B>: Mega: Rolling Cutter/ Search Snake X: Strike Chain (this could also be his throw), Storm Tornado

Bv: Mega: Crash Bomb (He just puts it on the ground) X: Crush Crawfish' weapon (just forgot it's name). It would slide across the stage.

Shield: Leaf-Shield. Just something special like Yoshi's egg shield.

Final Smash: Time/Flash Stopper: The stage begins to "shine" an autoscrolling stops. All other characters stop for 10-20 seconds. Mega Man can punish them at will. X just summons a ride Armor. ^^

Yeah, a 20 sec Time Stopper sounds like it'd be overkill. Besides, it'd be to much like Peach's FS, assuming her's is unavoideable. At least a having another transformation FS would give the enemy an opportunity to avoid a devastating attack.

I had the idea of Megaman invoking his copy ability by beating the SSE Final Boss and using one of his most powerful attacks as Megaman's Final Smash. However, that would require beating the game with Megaman first, which means unlike the other chars, he won't have his Final Smash available from the start.

if we do have X and megaman(classic) togeather as one character, but seperate costumes, then we will need their powers to have the same effects, just different looks. so megaman classic costume would have a rush fusion if X dawns an armour of his. these characters can be one character, it just takes creative thinking. if X was to get the air dash, megaman would get rush coil or jet. if X got a sword attack, classic would need one too. so we should figure out what move sets they can share that will work without any differences (besides looks of course).

I dont like the time stopper idea, cuz i wanna be able to do some MASSIVE damage with Mega's final smash. Maybe Astro Crush, or Rush adapter, or Hyper Mega Man from MvC.

But the X in ride armor is one the best ideas i've heard yet!

well nobody suggested it as a final smash because when it comes to X, everyone is so preoccupied with his armors. like the falcon, ultimate, ninja armor, etc.

good idea though, cuz ride armor would be nice. i would hope it would be the ride armor from X7 or X8 (cant remember) cuz those had blasters that "froze" people when you shot them. then you could walk over and punch the crap out of them

lol, im not gonna punch you. X1-X3 were the best ones! i didnt have a playstation either. ive only beaten X1-3, and X7-8, cuz i did eventually get a PS2. I have briefly played X4 (beat 2 bosses) but thats about it as far as the X series for me...

It's still a shame, that the Mega Man Collections never appeared here in Europe... When Mega Man 7 came out, i wondered: "So what about 6?" It never got released here. So the Anniversary collection was my last hope. And emulators suck!
