Double the chances double the fun, or is it triple? dont forget that brawl was originaly going to come out on december 3rd, so we could get him then as compensation for the delay.

I never really bought into the "MM revealed on Dec. 3 to compensate for Brawl's delay" idea, but I suppose it does open more days to look for MM and I'm certainly not against it. Honestly, if he's not confirmed by or on Dec. 17, then I WILL lose hope. Slowly mind you, but surely.

Why would you lose hope? there is a chance sakurai will pull a mind game on us and not release him on any of those dates. he could, for all we know, release him two weeks before brawls release date!

I think Square and Capcom both will have a representative in the game. 99 percent chance Capcom's representative will be Megaman.

Square's could be Black Mage, Mog, or my personal hope, Geno.

When was the Megaversary in November again...? If the game were still being released in December (OMG there would be only a month to go T_____T) then I would totally expect them to announce Mega Man then...but now I dunno. Perhaps they'll wait. They kinda blew their load when they gave us Sonic. I mean...I think there's few characters with a bigger cloud of hope and doubt around them than he had before he was announced.

one day off isnt going to make the update any less likely, it actualy improves the chances of it being on monday.

I think Sonic was more of just a teaser to fuel more hype about Brawl. It's great for publicity, and it opens up speculation about other characters. I probably would've done the same thing in Sakurai's shoes.

ya, megaman can be used for the same thing. my hype has droped due to most of these crap updates (the make a stage one did get me excitde though). and between brawls rlease and sonic's update would be perfect. also, many days related to megaman happen to be during this period.

in any case, what would megaman's role in the subspace emmisary be? who would he team up with? who would he fight if doctor willy wasnt in this? is there a possibility he could have no role and only be used for things like classic mode? would other unlockable characters have no role? discuss.

there is also mario, sonic, and megaman, these are three of the most important characters ever made, thier team up would be the most epic thing ever to me, unless they throw snake in that mix...or even bomerman...
and since they arnt fighting bowser(DK joins up with him I think) then who is left?
