As much as I like Leon, I don't think he'll fit into Brawl. If he doesn't use bullet type guns, he'll be almost a clone copy of Snake if he gets the infinite rocket launcher and mostly a bunch of martial arts kicks and stuff. I think he'd best be a trophy if he is to get in, but otherwise nothing else. Snake pretty much took any and all his moveset.
