It's not difficult to pull off, not anymore than an IC chaingrab. Assuming you're talking about the nana drop infinite. After an hour or so of practice I was able to get several iterations with ease, just takes a lot of muscle memory.

The difficult part is getting it going in game; it's hard to set things like that up.
