On a side note, when did Ashley use plants? In Touched! I swore all she did was have that dumb music with red as host of a stage.
Wow...left this thread for awhile hoping things would clear up abit but still seems like there are some problems eh. Since when did it become such a huge deal to want a character in XD. All I see in Ashley is a new interesting character with lots of potential, is that wrong o-o?

Well, that's what happens when games characters become a business I guess. I thought it was fun to talk how sweet the characters are. But I can't see why people are getting offended by supporting a character to be in the game.
No kidding eh. I mean I could understand if someone got alittle irritated from a character that stood basically no chance to get in, but Ashley does have a fairly decent chance. Anyways, the largest reason I want her in is for another good female character.

AS far with representation, Mona has the 2nd most importance. She is Wario's love interest, and is basically a sidekick. Besides, how could a pizza delivering, motorcycle driving, cheerleading girl not have a creative moveset? If you deny this, you're IN denial.
What "votes"? The best reason you could give me, apparently didn't make any sense.

For gods sakes people, is this thread so horrible that it makes you so sad to see people want her in? Is it that horrible to want her in! I think youve made it painfully obvious Wu Tang Gang that you do not like Ashley, but then why are you stating it over and over again? If you dont want ashley in say it...and then stop trying to crush everyone elses hopes? Geez....

OK first off i just got hre, but I always been a supporter of hers on the IGN boards, and second I can;t speak for everyone but I'm thinkin they always supported, the update made their dream a reality.

I didn't visit the Brawl borads alot in Sep and Oct. To tell you the truth, I didn't know they made an Ashley thread, because I go to the character support link thread to see what character everybody supported. I didn't see Ashley's link in that thread so I just went for the other characters I like. But now alot of hype was in the Ashley thread when the music update came on, and I was thinking, "finally they made an Ashley thread." So I started to support her in the SWF. Also Ashley's my top favorite character in Warioware.
Those are anti threads, the Mods banned all of them due to it solving nothing.

OH PLz alot of the ashley fans I know arent haters of other characters like it seems u are.
Importance and popularity aren't the same thing. Ashley was already a top choice in Japan before the music update, and she's easily the biggest Wario Ware related character there. I haven't seen any fansites for Mona, but if you know of any, please give links.
The Japan fanbase and Sakurai's polls (where, to my knowledge, Mona didn't show up) are far more relevant than the opinions of anyone on a random foreign Smash Bros website.
I don't support Ashley at all, but I know she'll be in the game in some form besides just her theme. She's too popular over there to ignore. This character support fighting is childish and nonsensical.

You tell me Ashley's popular with no proof yet you tell ME to give links of Mona fanbases.
Ashley didn't show either. The Japan fanbase you claimed, has yet to be proven. So yeah, it's laughable that you're comparing Mona to Ashley.
