Both these posts nailed it on the head. No matter how much I try to make sure otherwise, expectations will always effect enthusiasm for supporting certain characters

As for Impa? I actually think her position actually makes sense due to the popularity she gained due to Hyrule Warriors, which actually made her a more often suggested character. Bandanna Dee and Toad are becoming increasingly prominent and important characters, so their position makes sense too. The only weird thing is Black Shadow's place, whom I would think would be around 15th-20th on the poll. Outside of that, nothing entirely too surprising.

That said, I do have to say that Wolf and Dixie's positions are impressive.

I just voted. I'm a Rayman and Wonder Red supporter, so naturally I voted for them. As a bonus, I also voted for Captain Toad, King K. Rool and Solid Snake, I don't actively support them but I think they would be cool characters, Snake being the only cut character from Brawl I kinda miss.

Of Course I'd vote for Ridley, He seriously deserves a spot.
Stage Hazard Ridley is lame and feels more out-of-character than a playable Ridley would ever be.

Besides him, there's K.Rool who would most certainly would provide an Interesting Moveset

Captain Syrup, Hey, Yeah Wario Land Games, lets try and focus a bit more on those please.

Medusa, In Kid Icarus Uprising Medusa was the only level-headed Character among a sea of loons, plus she's awesome

Savvy Stylist, All My hype yes, please, second most wanted after Ridley.

Issac/Matthew, Golden Sun got very close to nothing and that makes me sad cause I wanted to see him Duke it out with Shulk.

Interesting results so far! I'm kind of surprised that some of my personal niche choices are even on the radar here - Skull Kid, Captain Syrup, Chibi Robo, etc.) although there are of course some I'm personally disappointed in being so marginal (Mallo especially, he seems like a pretty solid choice for me for a more recent IP that could represent the e-shop, and I thought the popularity of the Savvy Stylist thread here would mean she had more of a posse here). Toad's popularity especially has rocketed up since I was last checking speculation, whether that's because of the Captain Toad release or just that there aren't many more viable Mario characters left to compete with him I can't say. Hope this poll gets more popular and spreads out a bit, it would be nice to see what the broader fanbase is interested in.
