It doesn't have Knock Off, but Toxicroak would win 1v1. In a real battle, if you get Nasty Plot Encored, both players will likely switch out. If you get Focus Blast Encored, Shuckle's leftovers should give him about a 50-60% chance to survive a 4hko, allowing Bide to KO you.

Average Damage is 30%, Leftovers heals 6%, repeat 3 times, Shuckle unleashes power with 4 HP remaining with Strict Damage Clause on.

Who cares? 1v1 I'd win anyways and previous pokemon's moves like Toxic and Encore don't pass to the next counter so it doesn't matter. 1v1 I'd get to +6 SpAtk since it can't do anything to me and then OHKO it with Focus Blast. NEW COUNTER!

Giratina still could have walled you. You only had a -SpAtk Judgment that could hit it and would easily fail to do more than a 4HKO against a Max/Max Giratina, who don't forget learns Calm Mind to further slow you down.
