Who would play as Samus and Snake?"They joined forces to find their target, but what they found instead was... love."
"Coming to theaters next summer: METROID GEAR SOLID"
Yeah, I think MM would be using Rush or Beat to make his recovery. My moveset had his up+B as Rush Jet when in the air and Rush Coil on the ground.Side B could be the Rush Jet.
The Rush Jet goes forward. Megaman could perform moves on it such as Smash moves. Opponents can't attack from under the Jet and go through it. Megaman could also jump off it.
the best part is that it would probably be tough to pull off for a recovery if it's how I picture it, making it not too cheap.Side B could be the Rush Jet.

I think that the Rush Jet might work better as an Up+B attack. Where the actual jet doesn't hurt enemies, but Megaman still being able to shoot basic buster-shots while in the middle of flight when the B button is pressed. If the A button is pressed, Megaman will jump off of Rush.Side B could be the Rush Jet.

While it would be cool to have a Megaman based level in an Adventure mode type of thing, I doubt it'd be the last level. The last level would be a Nintendo based level. Or something completely original. Here's a possibility of the new Dr. Wily Fortress for the Super Smash Bros 4:
I'm just wondering if this is better than the Isle of Ancients from Brawl, but i know of one thing: THIS MUST BE THE FINAL LEVELS FROM THE STORY MODE.
Tell me how must be the Wily Stages from the story mode.
That's how I would want to see a Mega Man movie done (although anime style is fine as well). Like how they went with CGI for the Astro Boy movie instead of forcing live action.Yeah, but a CGI Megaman movie could work. I mean, there is gonna be a Ratchet and Clank movie in 2015, it could work for a bunch of other video game series.
Heh, more like CG Megaman X trilogy followed by a TV show.CG Mega Man Legends Movie
I'm afraid that Megaman doesn't have a good balance in the game.Wikipedia said:The big problem, though, comes from the idea of trying to get characters from a completely different universe to fit with the style that has been dictated by Nintendo's characters in a fighting game." The balance of the characters' powers were previously only measured by Sakurai, but he will involve his staff more in this game to make sure the characters are competitively balanced.
I don't think that Dr. Wily's stage will end up being the last stage in the game. It'll more likely be an original stage. And the Live-action movie?
@Super Smash Bros. Fan: What think about the Dr. Wily Fortress? Could be the Last World for the Story Mode?
Mega Man can indeed fit in the game, it's just going to take a lot of hard work to get him in (like every other third-party). Three things that makes Mega Man fitting in Smash within the realm of possibility is not being a very unorthodox third-party like Snake, he's not going to be added as a last-minute character and he's from a platform-action game, which translate better to a platform-fighter game than a traditional fighter.I'm afraid that Megaman doesn't have a good balance in the game.
I doubt Capcom will reject Mega Man for the next Smash. Contrary to what people think, Capcom does not hate Mega Man, else the franchise would be getting nothing (and yes, the Mega Man franchise does continue to receive new contents contrary to what people think). Project X Zone and Worlds Collide should show that Capcom is willing to allow Mega Man in cross-overs.With the way Capcom has been pretending megaman doesn't exist I sincerely doubt he'll be in the new Smash Bros. It just doesn't seem likely.
I don't think with the way they are releasing the virtual consoles that they don't notice megaman. I bet a new one might be announced soon. With the way Capcom has been pretending megaman doesn't exist I sincerely doubt he'll be in the new Smash Bros. It just doesn't seem likely.
That's right. Meaning that if Mega Man gets in, it'll have to be the same way that we got Sonic; Sakurai approaching the company.Wait a second. Megaman in Smash Bros is decision of Sakurai not Capcom itself.
Am I right?

Going back, I do like this idea quite a bit, Bowserlick. It would give the feel of Mega Man changing powers without making things too complicated (my elements idea is wayyy too complicated, for example).Megaman can have a Down B where he projects a green polygon target right in front of him. If it overlaps the opponent, the opponent briefly turns into a wireframe as he or she is analyzed and then launched into the air with a bit of hitstun.
What does this do?
This augments the charged buster shot with qualities of the opponent (while also altering the color scheme of Megaman). A Bowser shot might have fire effects and added knockback. A Pikachu shot could have electric based effects and be much faster.
That would be a cool idea. Though changing his model that much(with his extra armor and stuff)would probably be saved for a Final Smash, like Wario-man. So I could see that being Megaman's Up-B for a possible Final Smash mode. But it would be cool though.Wait, i have an idea. The Up + B must be the Rush Jet Adapter:
Like Fire Fox attack:
What think about this?
Funny, I could see it working like a mix of Yoshi's and Wario's. Where Megaman has all of his A-attacks cranked up to eleven and still moves on the ground. Like Wario's Final Smash. But pressing the jump button will put him into a flight mode.Like Yoshi's Final Smash. He could also get new B-moves in this mode though. With the Fox Fire like tackle being his new Up-B.yeah, I definitely like thinking of the Super Adaptor [sic] as a Final Smash like Yoshi's (fully aerial, new attacks). I think MM's got a lot of options for recovery moves, but I definitely lean towards using Rush Coil, Rush Jet, or Beat Whistle.
I guess it kind of depends what his A moveset would be... some people want them to be a bunch of his powers from throughout the games and some people think it'd be more punch-kicky. If it was more in the realm of fisticuffs, I'd want his A-attacks to get cranked up. Otherwise I'd probably just prefer he limits his Super Adaptor moveset to a few powerful things that're consistent with the Adaptor's MM attacks.Funny, I could see it working like a mix of Yoshi's and Wario's. Yeah, I want Megaman's A moves and his air attacks to be mostly made of punches and kicks. If he can do it in Marvel vs Capcom, then it should be fine in Smash Bros. Besides, his Smash attacks and B-moves can utilize his various powers instead. It's much more fitting to me as they will actually feel "powerful" if you catch my drift.I guess it kind of depends what his A moveset would be... some people want them to be a bunch of his powers from throughout the games and some people think it'd be more punch-kicky. Perhaps I can mention that Capcom of Japan would have not allowed the project to go on if they hated the franchise? It's not great, but might be something. Also, has there been any indication that Capcom of America has sent the amount of downloads to Capcom of Japan and has COJ mentioned anything about Street Fighter X Mega Man?
Hey, I've seen some of your posts on pre-Brawl and we'd be glad to have you around. Every support counts. How's it going fellas? I haven't been on here since campaigning to get Mega Man in Brawl. Promised not to get my hopes up ever again after that gigantic failure.
Glad to see there are still Blue Bomber fans out there pushing for this. Good luck
Rush Coil or Rush Jet.i'm kinda wondering what would his reocovery be?
does rush jet go up? cuz every character has at least one move that moves them upRush Coil or Rush Jet.
Yessir! I got your guys' back still.Hey, I've seen some of your posts on pre-Brawl and we'd be glad to have you around. Every support counts.
It goes horizontally, (Rush Coil goes up) but both could be useful for recovery.does rush jet go up? cuz every character has at least one move that moves them up
