GEOLYTE
Who is this little guy?:
This right here is a Geolyte, an alien species, and mascot of the game series Meteos, a puzzle game that first made its debut on the Nintendo DS system. In Meteos, you play as a planet and go up against other planets by launching multi-colored asteroids, the titular Meteos, at each other, collapsing one by one until a single planet remains.
Why should he be in Smash?:
The game was Masahiro Sakurai's first-ever Sora Ltd. game, and his only project separate from his work at HAL Laboratories. The game was also one of 13 selected for the Outstanding Performance Award during the 9th CESA Game Awards, as well as Best Music at Nintendo's Power Awards. The accolades to its name are undeniable. The game was so popular that it spawned two sequels and even caught the eye of Disney, which would lead to a Meteos Disney game. If a game can do that, then I don't know what other honor to give it other than Smash.
How would he play?:
The Geolyte could play as a unique stage-control character with a Meteos mechanic that would be familiar to those who main Steve. Furthermore, they could use some of the planet abilities from Meteos Wars as part of his moveset as well.

So I ask of you all, what do you guys think? Would you want a Geolyte in Smash? Do you think he should be in the game? Sound off!
