The King of Fighters XIV Thread

I really like the music overall within the game so far.

Hope someone will upload the soundtrack (and artwork) if anyone is planning on purchasing the special edition.

Game's been out for awhile now. XIV's really good and I hope people that like fighting games give it a chance.

Yeah I got XIV and so far I'm loving it. Mui Mui, Meitenkun, and Terry are definitely my favorite characters. The game modes are fun though I wish the trials were a bit more difficult to perform. I've cleared just about all of them, whereas in XIII I used to spend a long time trying to master them. Haven't been able to try out online due to problems with Comcast and their god awful customer service, though I've ehard its ok-ish. Wish the story mode had a bit more depth like the previous games though its still enjoyable (plus there are some very big foreshadowings, such as in the Official Invitation ending).

Overall, a fantastic fighting game and a great way to reboot the series. I just hope that people don't overlook the game because of its less-than-spectacular graphics (I personally love how it looks, though others don't feel the same).

Online has issues and bugs causing it to run poorly under normal conditions, but party mode actually runs really well I hear. Thankfully SNK's been doing a good job communicating with fans. They've said it was a bug and already submitted the patch for review to Sony before it officially goes up.
