Jigglymaster, it's a sad fact that few people care about Jigglypuff.

I'd say that the matchup is 55:45 in Jiggly's favour. her aerial-based combat means that bananas don't work nearly as well on her, but if she ends up on the ground (which she should be doing as little as possible), Diddy Kong can dash attack and decimate her completely. I don't know too much else about the matchup, sorry.
