Just looked over at the Brawl forums for the first time in forever and, surprise surprise, all the topics are still just people wondering how the Unity Ruleset can be changed to make Brawl more like Melee

They're still bickering over the Meta Knight issue too
I lol'd pretty hard

Disclaimer: This is not a "Bash Brawl" thread. Guess I should give a better example just in case lol

One time i accidently left my copy of melee at a friends house. I asked to go pick it up the next day, but he said he was gonna be too busy for about a week. I couldnt wait. I hacked my wii and obtained a textured copy of the game. Melee *****.

my high school must be gamer girl capital of the world. I know two pretty asian girls who are into Pokémon. I introduced them to EV training etc sophomore year and we still battle for fun sometimes. I know a Zelda freak who's eh-looking and a white IB girl who plays Pokémon. I'm not friends with the first girl but the second one brings Black version to precal sometimes and we do stuff. I don't know any girls who like FPSs (good thing too, **** that genre).

Don't know any girls who like Melee, probably because it's an older game now, and probably because games that are competitive by nature don't really draw girls. Come to think of it I know of two band girls that love Pokémon, I haven't talked to them though, and one is overweight.

If it weren't for Melee, I would be one of the best WoW players in the world and raid every night with a hardcore guild. I also wouldn't have a girlfriend lol

Yeah, plenty of girls like video games. Very few of them like extremely demanding and relatively unpopular games like melee, though...

Lol like a month ago my two older sisters played melee with me so first my 15 year old sister played fox vs my marth on FD, I chaingrabbed her for like 10 seconds in a row and she's like"this is boring" and she quit after that match. Same thing with my other sister except her pike vs my falcon

Tl;dr don't play melee with people in your family unless they enjoy getting Pwned.

I play a lot of Starcraft 2, and WoW. When I was in highschool, when Melee came out, it's allllllll me and my friends played. So recently I bought a gamecube and Melee for 20 bucks at the local pawnshop and I find myself playing it more than the other two games I previously mentioned.

Still holds up. I wish I still had people to play with though =/

go to regional boards, im sure you can find someone in your area
