^ Best original song from a game in recent years IMO. Unsure how it would fit in Smash but it's too good to abandon. If they have to do a slightly upper beat version it might still work but I'd hope they wouldn't have to.

I'd also really like a medley of Donkey Kong songs... Including Stickerbrush Symphony, Aquatic Ambiance, and every other song from the DK franchise please oh my god why are the DK songs so amazing

I was basically going to post this. I love ID ~Purpose~, but this was an absolute must. Let's hope the Wii U version rights that wrong. I also really like Chaos ~Ablaze~ and Divine Decree ~Ablaze~.

As for another franchise, here are the Pokémon songs I'd like to see:
-Vs. N (any version, though the final battle one from B/W is my top choice)
-Vs. Xerneas/Yveltal/Zygarde
-Vs. Red (how has this not been in any Smash game yet)
-Vs. Colress
-some sort of Kalos town medley, preferably including Laverre and Snowbelle somewhere
-Vs. Team Flare
-Vs. Team Plasma (either one, doesn't matter)
-remix of the Pokémon theme- I am SHOCKED we didn't get this in 3DS version, since it's pretty much a staple

Ah, forgot Mother! For returning tracks, I'd like Mother 2 (aka Pollyanna), Smashing Song of Praise/Unfounded Revenge, Snowman, Fourside, and Mother 3 Love Theme. As for new tracks:

-at least one DCMC song
-Wisdom of the World

It's been a long time since I last played Mother 3, and I'm just making my way through EB now, so I might be missing some.

EDIT: Ooh, and a pipe dream, but I'd love some medley off all three Mother themes (Eight Melodies, Sound Stone Melody, Mother 3 Love Theme). We almost got this in the 3DS version, but it was missing the last of the 3.

Maybe just all of the entire Hyrule Warriors soundtrack I'm not being unrealistic here am I no I can't be. (Really though that soundtrack is amazing and really hope we get some sort of HW DLC stage/costumes in the future for Wii U)

Oh man. I, for one, was very underwhelmed by the song selection in Smash 3DS. Don't get me wrong, the new remixes are all pretty great, but there just weren't enough of them. But the Wii U version gives them a second chance to make an amazing soundtrack! As far as specifics, I'd love to hear anything from Sonic Colors and/or Unleashed, and a new Ridley theme remix. Anything else goes really. As long as we get more remixes than on 3DS, I'll be happy.
