Alright this is...

THE GTA TOURNAMENT CALENDAR!

...because the amount of plans going on usually is hard to keep track of; this thread will be useful/convenient. I hope. I don't even know what's going on when because there are like 4 tourmanent series going on right now. It's nuts. Anyway, this should be useful to people who are planning things, because with all these plans going on, it gets kinda crazy. I thought this would help us keep track of everything. This may be especially useful for new people who are looking for tournaments. This thread isn't really useful for discussion at all. It'll just be useful to have around. Unless people want to discuss date conflicts or something. Actually some kind of talk would be cool, just so this thread doesn't die.

Here are the next 10 Saturdays and what's going on on each one.

Melee tournaments are in yellow.
Brawl tournaments are in blue.
Mixed tournaments are in Green.
Big tournaments are in BOLD CAPS.

Note to new people: hosting a tournament each weekend is sort of annoying and hard. If your tournament creates a chain of 3 tournaments in a row, it's a terrible idea. It's hard for people to go to a lot of tournaments. It adds up to a lot of money. That is, unless it's a cheap/small tournament and you don't have to pay for a venue/you aren't expecting a lot of people anyway. This advice only really applies to big tournaments.

Anyway, hopefully this helps.

this actually helps a lot grmo. I recently went to the rectory of my church to figure out a date for a tournament but i didnt have dates on hand, and subsequently i forgot about it. this should motivate me to get my **** in gear.

I'm glad to hear that =D

I'm sort of wondering how crowded things will get with all these things going on. The one thing I don't like is that there are going to be seperate tournaments going on for both games on the same day some weekends, so some people are gonna have to choose one over the other, which kind of sucks.

lmao, things sure have changed from the days of one tournament every 3 months.

Thanks a ton Grmo. I'm one of those "new people looking for tournaments" and I've definitely found this "especially helpful".

On the way to Matt's house Me, Marco and David came up with a list of smashers David would sleep with, that we've met. David would consent to 22 people! (I think Charles was on this list, the list may have also grown or shrunk)

Germo, change this coming bi-weekly for alphamale to a melee one and then the one that comes after RMUI to a brawl one those are confiremed to be like that for now until further notice
