Pretty sure the golduck loses, EQ does 19% but you can only 2hko with surf at +3 (without Light Screen up).

That's what I was thinking.

Hypnosis -> Earthquake -> Lightscreen -> [Golduck wakes up] Hypnosis...

Rinse and repeat, throwing in an extra Earthquake when I can.

You have to be able to switch in and counter though. Either way you switch in and are KO'ed by blizzard or (if you made yourself defensive enough to survive a switch-in) you're hit by Icy Wind, THEN you're outsped and KO'ed by blizzard.

Down to 12% from specs tb, restored to 37% with sitrus berry, outspeed with hypnosis, put up light screen, dream eater puts it back up to 55%, zapdos wakes and reduces to 11%, hypnosis again, two dream eaters does it.

This is the closest Mr. Mime comes to being KOed, anything that could 2HKO will activate sitrus and sleep ensues regardless, dream eater is a definite 3HKO

I wanted to use something with Torment but specs thunderbolt would've forced me to use electivire...

Expert Belt Vigoroth with no Sp. Atk. investment and a Jolly nature deals 41.5% - 49.1% damage with Fire Blast to a max HP Bronzor.
