Hey guys , wanted to share this with you all!
Watanabe Kenji, the chief designer at WiZ Inc. responsible for designing a variety of Digimon, and Worked on Tamagotchi as well!
I sent an Email to him asking about support for Agumon in Smash! And he replied today!

( I used Google Translator, he sent a Japanese text )

Also, thank you for always supporting Digimon.

I draw character designs and illustrations in Digimon, but I do not have any business rights or authority.
So, I can not become your strength.
If you have any requests for products, I would like to talk to Toei Animation and Bandai directly.
Even in various games, it would be wonderful if Digimon could work together.

I sincerely hope that someday such a day will come for you.

He's so sincere in his message, I'm confident that our fire breathing digital monster will make it into ultimate, bandai namco is a producer for the game as well.

With all this leak business, if it's all true then I will have my two most wanteds of Banjo Kazooie and Isaac. I'd totally support Agumon for DLC.

If the Grinch Leak is real, I'll show more support to Agumon. This is not my favorite Digimon but I'm not delusional, he's to Digimon what Pikachu is to Pokemon. I still like him, I loved the TV show when I was younger and I would like to see Digimon being represented.

Not just that!
But Digimon vs Pokémon and the Tamagotchis are part of gaming history.

For me , Agumon represents not just the Digimon series, but much more.

I feel the same way, Agumon doesn't just represent Digimon, but virtual pets as a whole.

Besides the virtual pets, there were numerous manga and video games created before the release of Digimon Adventure.

Someone ask how many Digimon there are. The answer is 1,235 Digimon. Plus an additional 156 Appmon.

I would like Agumon for smash. When they were doing the ballot thing for smash 4 I ask for him.

But i was thinking that the fact that Digimon Survive is on the Switch in 2019
Can realy help Agumon as a DLC

If they put Agumon in they should add his stage from Digimon Battle Spirit including the Gotsumon stage hazard. Also, add his Alt Color, Taunt, Victory Animation and BlackAgumon's Alt Color, and Extra Agumon's Alt color(and floating ability) as well. They should put Tai's, Takumi's, and Ami's Shirt Agumon from Cyber Sleuth as Alts too. There's also DotAgumon and Santa Hat Agumon.

There are other guys using another Twitter acc to help.

And for some reason we will get updates on Digimon "licencing"

You can play Digimon World 1, 2 and 3 for the Playstation!
They are great games.
