Too bad you only said 4, and thus not allowing us to use the ones from the anime. In that case, Prof. Oak. He's the only professor that throughout some point in the original series of games they were placed in, did not ask whether or not you were male or female. You know why? Because he didn't need to ask. He just knew. And if you DID happen to be female, then he'd just whoosh is almighty magical hand and you would be made into a male anyway. That's how cool Professor Oak was.
However, for the sake of mentioning it, I think it would come down to either
Dr. Akihabara or
Dr. Fuji. For those who don't like to click links, I'll explain a bit of it here.
Akihabara created Porygon in the anime. Don't really have to say much more than this, but for other awesome things I'll also say that because the episode could cause seizures, it was banned worldwide. So unless you lived in Japan or have seen the Japanese episode, no one knows who he is. The unknown professor is always wonderful if you ask me. Especially if he has the power to give you seizures through the television screen. >:D
Dr. Fuji was the one who created Mewtwo (in the anime that is. Blaine created Mewtwo in the manga, so if need be you can insert his name there instead). There's nothing else to say. That's pretty self-explanatory for why he's so awesome.
