Snakeee and Dazwa have the best results. James Sparrow, MyRoboticClaw and DeliciousCake also have pretty good results as I recall.

I've heard scattered reports of players like ZS Sammy who do really well on wifi or within smaller communities. I don't know much about any other names I've heard.
