The Melee boards already have a thread like this so I thought wny not start one or the Brawl boards. Anyways, this thread is dedicated to all those amazing matchs out there whether its a 3-stock to an amazing comeback. Anyone who says Brawl is boring should think twice after checking this thread.

So lets begin :)

How The Thread Will Work

Anyone can submit a video but there are certain conditions that must be met for the video to be added to the thread. I sortve stole the format from Ceros thread on the Melee boards so I would like to give credt to him before starting. So yeah, here are the rules (Almost directly quoted from Ceros thread)

Cero said:
The matches are organized by date. (Press CTRL + F if you want to find a specific match.)
If you want to view a match in high quality, add "&fmt=18" at the end of the site's url.
EX: http:// www. youtube.com/SomeDudeGettingRaped&fmt=18

Singles:
If a match is colored blue, it means that it's a JV 3 stock (winning player won with 2 lives left and 0%).
If a match is colored lime, it means that it's a 3 stock (winning player won with all 3 lives left).
If a match is colored red, it means that it's a JV 4 stock (winning player won with all 3 lives left and 0%).

Crews:
The number next to the players' names denotes how many lives they started out with in the beginning of the match.

Teams:
  • The team that's highlighted red is the red team.
  • The team that's highlighted blue is the blue team.
  • The team that's highlighted green is the green team.
  • The matches in this section are either a 2 on 1 comeback or a 6-8 stock win. It'll tell you in the description.
Please feel free to submit more matches. If possible, provide the names of both players and which characters they're using.

Theconditions for singles are:

  • Both players have to be fighting at a high level. (They don't have to be well known pros.)
  • The match ends in either a JV 4, 4, or JV 5 stock.
  • Sandbagging's okay, as long as the person who did the ___ stocking was the one sandbagging and the other guy was actually trying.
  • Matches where the loser SD's multiple times are okay as well. The SD's just have to be accidental. (e.g. no sandbagging SD's and no "**** this. I give up" SD's.)

Crew matches have their own section. Conditions for the inclusion of a crew match on this list is as follows:
  • The winning player can only lose one stock.
  • If the winning player lost only one stock, the match must end with the winning player's percent at 0%.
  • The losing player must have no less than one stock less than the number of stocks you start out with (ie. If the loser starts the crew battle with 4 stocks, the loser cant have less than 3 i the listed submitted match)
  • The winning player must have started the match with less stocks than the loser.

Comebacks:

  • The winning player must be on his last stock.
  • The losing player must have had at least 2 stocks left before the epic comeback.

Teams:

  • 2 on 1 comeback: The winning team can only have one person left while the other team still has two.
  • 6-8 stock win: The winning team must have at least a sum of 6 stocks remaining at the end of the match.

If for any reason, a player wants their match to be taken down, then I would gladly comply.

Ok This is Bellioes again :) Ive also decided to add a miscellaneous videos section. Here are the rules:
  • They must be real matches
  • Other than that, If 2-3 people vote for it being in the thread, than Ill include it
  • This section wont have any colors.

Anyways, I hope this thread will grow as large as the Melee one. Heres a video for starters. BTW, Ill add sections as people post videos for them.

EDIT: Anyone know the link the to the PLank vs SK29 vid. I would love to add that to the miscellaneous section.

And dont forget, its not just singles matchs that I want. I have yet to find a good Comeback, doubles, and crew battles match.
Keep posting those vids guys.

No but really, Im looking but I dont think Im looking right. Im just checking the tourny vids section for comebacks but I cant find any at all. Any help here?
