Today has taught me that if you're looking for an article of clothing made of a specific material, and a certain color (on top of being out of season), don't lose hope as long as you are at a large enough mall

I'm interested, tell me about it.

Also this thread has the worst title ever.
I really don't know what to say about it.

I don't read a lot, but I used to. And it's easily the best one I've ever read. I don't want to tell people to read it, because I want them to choose to read it, when they feel like it, and not out of obligation. It's kind of special to me now to be honest. Anyway I liked it a lot.

And to be fair, Anthony has actually updated the thread title actively and has made some pretty good ones. He's a good thread owner =P

I feel like if you can pick one "best book ever" then you haven't read enough. It's like picking one "best album ever." If you can comfortably do either you need to experience more. There is a level of human expertise that cannot be exceeded, only matched. And has been matched many a time throughout history.

Isn't it kind of late for that? :|

I've seen a lot of movies, heard a lot of music, I actually did read a lot before about soph year of high school. And yet I can still point out my favorite album and movie and, as I just have, my favorite book.

At what point do you decide it's enough? Surely it can't be a flat number- people take away different amounts of significance from a similar number of viewings or readings, and even from the exact same movie or song. Maybe if I recorded all of the things I experienced then you would allow me to have a favorite?

I haven't made anyone read it, or even suggested it.

You're always so sensitive and combative, dude. I thought about not even posting what I posted because I figured that's how you take it.

In my experience you view things as black and white. It's disagree or agree. It's rarely/never, "Oh, you mean like this, right?"

Allow me to oblige, if only temporarily.

I haven't made anyone read it, or even suggested it.
Interpret my posts as stabs at your perspective, or lack thereof. In the spirit of your own reply, the words I have quoted here are proof that you are not as smart as you think you are.

To be honest, it is a rare time when you regard anything I do as positive or constructive. That's probably why I respond in that way.
