In the context of Ultimate, I'd say Echo (Though only by a hair.), since we got Ridley as a new Metroid rep, and with limited unique newcomer slots, I'd rather have characters from other series. I'd prefer her as unique otherwise though.
Eh, scratch that, I'd just prefer to have her unique overall.

Eggdozer. Even if the game itself was mediocre, that move is still pretty neat.

Luigi's Final Smash changed for sure. I wouldn't trade that glorious Masked Dedede Final Smash in Ultimate for the world, especially not for that mediocre Smash 4 FS that SHOULD have been Masked Dedede from the start.
