I don't know, really. With Goku, all I know is that after he's done his Down B, he can do everything except use Down B again. I wish the Goku pac could tell you. :(

Wait! I figured it out!

Goku's down B makes Goku go into Fall when you push Down and B after he uses Down B once!

Basically, he does the Down B once, and when Goku does it again, instead of doing the move again, it just links back to his Fall subaction.

Okay, I sent a PM to KingJigglypuff on KCMM. If anyone knows, it's him.

Well shoot. He didn't know. :( So I went straight to the source and asked the Goku project head. :)

Yes. :) The Damage animations are being made by Roo, he came back.

For now, if you want, try his Aerial B. The hitbox starts at Frame 70. Remove his falling momentum (meaning make him not move, like his Air Down B) And from his core, an electrical "shield" surrounds his body and causes electrical damage and decent horizontal knockback. Since it's so slow, it's stronger than most of his other moves. It can kill as low as 80%. :)

You can't make him immobile in midair during the attack? Hmmmm.... I wonder if anything can be done.

Yes you can. There's a variable that makes the character float in place when it's set to true.
Ra-bit[0] is the variable.

Or you can use the momentum codes to set the vertical velocity to 0 during the action.
