Taunt Cancel (To the edge)

I don't know if this has been discovered or not but I've found a way to taunt cancel in Melee, like in the original smash bros. game. To do it you just run and then taunt right when your gonna go near the edge and do your edge animation. This can only be done with Doc and Y. Link.

haha don't be discouraged. it's cool that you figured that out yourself. you can also taunt cancel with link and young link if you catch the boomerang mid taunt

There are still a few things that are still being discovered, like that thing with changing directions during Zelda/M2/Pika's UpB.
But yeah, the game's been out for a long enough time that actual 'new' things are hard to come by.

Hey dude, It's awesome that you're trying to figure out new things about the game and what not. Try using the search function though and see what's goin down! At worst you can always post int he social asking if this was known!
