well based on the setting it's a romanian gymnast, so someone probably paid him like $5 US to do it lol

i don't doubt that people are capable of doing stuff like that, but wow, if you mess up, you're paralyzed

He kicks his legs at the right time. Notice how after he kicks off, the ball is going faster than when he initially rolled it. Conservation of momentum ftw!
