-1 Diddy Kong, was still pretty good after the mewtwo patch but is now worse than all the top tiers by a decent amount
+1 Mario, is an amazing character with great frame data, strong killing moves, and impressive combos

+1, changes to his throws are huge.
+1. he's really strong actually, might be the best of the Fire Emblem Characters.
+1, he is at least mid tier with his tools, results will show if he can perform better.
+1, I think he got buffed all in the right areas, legitimately think he can tango with a lot of the higher members of the cast better.
