Swamp, you know what monster/mythical beast could be neat?

The Vegetable Lamb of Tartary. Half plant, half sheep. Quadruped fighter (think Fighting is Magic/Them's Fighting Herds) that has full control over plants. I think that could make for an interesting playstyle. Maybe make its story focused on purity of the woodlands and things like that...and it strives to keep that purity by eliminating the other beasts, including people, to prevent "contamination."

All the monsters have subverted personalities, so why not make the innocent lamb vegetable a genocidal Blood Knight? :p

Or somehow incorporate a jackrabbit for a similar type of thing.

Oh, and props for Mothman's inclusion. One of my favorite cryptids, and I love the whole debuff playstyle thing.

Bro.

Chupacabra was one of the first ones I mentioned.

I like the Manananggal.

Has anyone else suggested the Flatwoods Monster yet?

It's one of my favorite cryptids for a number of reasons. It's the same cryptid that the alien/ghosts from Majora's Mask were based off of.

I was thinking you could combine spring healed jack with jack the ripper and have some kind of crazed crypted serial killer

I was looking for images of the Flatwoods Monster.
Found this on DA.
Having the Flatwoods Monster as a Krang/Mother Brain type creature would be awesome.
Hmm, never really thought of the creature being depicted in that sort of way, extremely technologically-involved in appearance and all. Nice take on it nonetheless!

If it were present it would simply have to involve the supposed "ball of light" in some way. It's described as a pulsating red light that either hovers above the creature or rests on the ground near it, thought of as being some kind of air or spacecraft that it piloted. Without a doubt this was what inspired the alien/ghost's method of travel in MM.

Y'know. I kind of like whimsicott

I might try and breed a perfect one and add it to my team of Blastoise, Exploud, Ampharos, and Typhlosion as my grass type

Edit: LOL, and yep Gogoat does work too

I just didn't think of him

Partially just because Whimsicott's bulbapedia article mentioned the vegetable lamb, but gogoats actually doesn't

It IS a wiki though

Honestly looking at how it's depicted I think the monster lends itself very well to being high-tech/futuristic.
I imagine the ball of light could just be laser moves.

The fact this may never be a game saddens me.I'd buy it.No joke.Especially
Hey Swamp Sensei Swamp Sensei , are you really looking to make a game, or is this just a fun idea?

if you're looking for a designer, I'll volunteer, I like this idea.

I even had a bit of inspiration for a wolfman design, what'ya think?

He was once a wealthy man of great stature in society until he fell under the curse of the full moon, his personality kept intact by the mysterious powers of the jewel on his cane. He fights to quell the blood-thirst that comes with each possession.

Eyy, that was me.

Slenderman should totally be a good guy who just has the misfortune of killing people by getting too close to them.

He just wants friends. :sadsheep:
if half the designs look as cool as this

So my bud made a video showing what he's done for the Kirby Air Ride sequel!

@Chandelure

I know this might get passed around in the Kirby group. Just tag me if it does go there. My friend wants to know what you guys think.

This is a really great idea Swamp Sensei Swamp Sensei .
I'd learned and read about a lot of urban legends as a result of your little project.

Meanwhile my fighting game is a Smash Bros. clone and there's a dragon dressed in samurai gear.
That is as complex as it gets.

NO REGRETS

Whelp, Power Ball is at 1.3 Billion now.

When I win next week, I'm buying Konami, so everyone pitch me their best game ideas.

Aren't we all? There are lots of us who wish something became a real deal and it saddens a part of us that it will never be.
I mean, aren't there a whole bunch of us who wish a favorite company of ours would do a game or game series we really like cause we really like the games that the company made and wish they would make a game for that series/etc that is like the games they created cause we think a game for that game series that is like those games the company made would work well with that game series?
Good lord, that was a mouthful. Hopefully I made sense. If it doesn't quite make sense, think about how some of us want Koei Tecmo to do Fire Emblem Warriors.
But basically, after playing Xenoblade X, I would like to see a Seiken Densetsu/Mana game with gameplay inspired by Xenoblade as I think Xenoblade's gameplay would work really well with Seiken Densetsu/Mana, especially with Seiken Densetsu 3/Secret of Mana 2. Also, a Kid Icarus platformer/Metrovania with the new stuff from Uprising.

i believe i understood that.Like i would love Koei Tecmo to make a fairy tail game like they do the one piece games.A rayman legends like game for Sonic made by ubisoft(A sonic legends if you will).A takamaru game made by Koei Tecmo.A anime version of smash brothers

If I won Powerball I could spend more time working on my book

Perhaps even take classes in order to make the art better

After some casual browsing of Wikipedia, I have an idea of an urban legend you could represent through a joke character.
The Bunny Man.

It's a escaped mental patient wearing a bunny costume while wielding a chainsaw.
That's pretty much it.

I'm glad that the monster game is getting so much attention.

But I would like to hear what you thought of the Bandanna Dee video.

With regards to the video, I did recently wonder how it was going. It's looking great so far, and I know what it's like to make a game in Unity, having used it to make two of my Major Projects last year.

Since when did netflix skip the opening theme in shows when you watch them?

That's a neat edition

Now I don't have to watch the opening each and every episode

Somewhere out there on this big blue marble
Swamp Sensei Swamp Sensei
Chimera: Brutal beast who just wants a hug. It's a grappler who tackles a lot, as he REALLY wants a hug
Minotaur: He got free from the maze he was trapped in, but doesn't know what to do now. Fights with his mace and bull half
Slime: It heard there would be food. Fights by transforming it's body into giant fists or anvils
Werewolf: Despite his feral fighting style, he's a gentleman in a tuxedo, who donates to charity on mondays
Dragon: An evil being who wants to burn everything in it's way. claw swipes, fire breath and tail swings
Pheonix: A wise shaman who fights to bring peace. Her stronger moves sacrifice HP as a tradeoff for incredible power and if she has any super gauge left when KO'ed, she will get some health back depending on how much super there is
Kappa: Kappa really never had friends, and thought it'd find friends here instead of drowning kids all the time. Kappa's a grappler who relies on constricting their enemies as it's attacks are quite slow

Cherubim

Creature with 4 heads, one of an ox, one of an eagle, one of a lion, and one of a human. And 6 wings

I created one in Spore. But I only gave it 3 heads because human heads in spore often looks REALLY bad

About Swamp's thing
I don't know if anyone already gave this idea but, it needs a Hydra
Everyone likes Hydras, how didn't I see anyone suggest it?
Make it like Lucario in that the more damage it gets, the more powerful it becomes
Also, we totally need a Centaurtaur :troll:

Etika is doing a great job

Here's some Smash trivia for you to enjoy:
- Bandai Namco is the third-party company with the biggest amount of franchises represented somehow in Smash Bros., with a total of 22. Sega and Capcom only have 3 each, with Square Enix only having 1.
- Two Wii U-exclusive trophies, Frey and Freya, come from a Japan-only game called Zangeki no Reginleiv, which was the first Nintendo-published game to receive a CERO rating of D (equivalent to ESRB's M and PEGI's 18+), being one of the few mature franchises represented in Smash Bros. along with third-party series Metal Gear and Bayonetta.
- All third-party franchises with playable characters in Smash have starred in animated series or movies, be them produced in Japan or elsewhere.
- Bayonetta is the only third-party character whose all games in her franchise of origin have been released on Nintendo consoles.
- Roy is the only Fire Emblem character to not have a visual design come directly from a game, using an original design for Smash, though borrowing elements from both his Binding Blade and Awakening designs.
- At 58 fighters, the latest game's roster is nearly 5 times the amount of characters found in the original Smash Bros. on the N64. (If it had 60 characters, it would have been exactly 5 times.)
- In addition to the above, the roster has more than twice the amount of characters found in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
- Of all the returning stages from games prior to Brawl, only two have made a single appearance in the series before, those being Peach's Castle and Hyrule Castle from Smash 64. (Dream Land and Kongo Jungle also appeared in Melee, whereas all Melee stages have also appeared in Brawl.)
- Save for a few exceptions, nearly all series represented in Smash have two or more pieces of content that weren't seen in the same game up until now.
- All playable characters have at least one move or animation that comes directly from their original franchises.
- The only franchises to have more than 3 stages counting both versions are Mario, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda, Kirby and Pokémon.
- Counting both versions, the only third-party series with more than a single stage are Sonic and Pac-Man.
- Counting both versions, Donkey Kong and The Legend of Zelda are the only franchises to have past stages from all three previous Smash installments. In addition, The Legend of Zelda only is missing a single past stage, Great Bay, and also has all of them available in a single version.

Anyway, what's up, guys? Anything new?
