I definitely wouldn't call Swampert the most likely because of that. That has no facts to back it up. Swampert would be cool, but I don't see him as a "most likely".

But that letter though, so class to ル and レ (because they all start with r). If the hint said one of the two other letters, that would've been a strong hint for my most wanted: Gallade.

EDIT: I've also marked the ones that make cameo appearances in red.
While we simply don't know if making background appearances means they won't be playable, we have yet to have a Pokémon that is both.
