Considering Melee was my first game, unlocking and were pretty imapctful since I originally thought they were Pokemon trainers due to their anime-inspired appearance. I didn't even watch Pokemon that much so my conclusion was obviously flawed.

Then I played Sacred Stones which became a gateway drug into the greatness that is Fire Emblem.

To me?

I still remember when Sega consoles were a current thing. I still remember when it was Sonic vs. Mario instead of Sonic and Mario doing dumb **** at the Olympics and being general bffs. I still remember when the idea of Sonic in Smash was a pipe dream. Needless to say, my **** was lost for the entire day.

In general?

The floodgates will never be rebuilt.

In terms of unlocking?

This asshole took us what seemed like forever since my parents would always shut off the Gamecube every time we tried to keep it on for the needed amount of time. -_-

He has a great series on YT, and its interesting to hear him talk on this. It seems most of his informations comes from Source Gaming.

Yeah, I tweeted at him so we could at least be included in the description. Yuriofwind is a good guy, so I don't think it was anything intentional. I also sent him a list of minor things he got kind of wrong (nothing major like the older Did You Know Gaming videos). Mostly things like saying it was Chorus Men 100% and the information about the 4th Custom. I hope to work with him in the future sometime as I really enjoy his work.

Speaking of the 4th Custom I will do an article about it very soon...I honestly just realized I never post my thoughts on why Red's video is most likely false information. So look for that later this week.

Newer people here may just know me as the Chrom guy, but let me tell you, Little Mac was by far my most wanted character, and is honestly my favorite Nintendo character and video game character in general. The fact that he finally became playable after years of waiting was a great moment for me. A Nintendo legend who should have been playable from the start, or at least Melee, from one of Nintendo's longest running and well regarded series. And dammit, he's here to stay. New Punch-Out!! when, Nintendo?

The day he was announced was also the day after I got modded, but that's neither here nor there.

was my most hyped because I really wanted him though is a close second. is a big deal as well as he's gotten me to finally check the Final Fantasy games out.

impacted me in a negative way at first. I'll admit, when he was revealed, I was MAD salty. First off, I felt it meant no , but most importantly it came right after my favorite character in the series was shot down(). To top it off, Greninja just isn't iconic or important or anything the other Pokemon were. I was pretty salty. I'm glad to say that he's grown on me though. He's fun to use and it's not Greninja's fault that or aren't here. I see his worth now. Now he only frustrates me because I'm terrible with him.
