Honestly as long as a character is fun to play I can care less who gets in or not as DLC; it's not even my thing anyway. SK, K. Rool, Wolf, whatever. Just make them fun to play.

Out of Nintendo characters, Dixie is probably the last possible one out of my top picks if we're going by the costume=death mentality, since everyone else I wanted is out of the picture in some form or another, bar miracles for the highly unlikely ones.
I'd still like to see Wolf, he's the last veteran I really want back besides Snake and the impossible Icies and Pokemon Trainer.

I'm not counting out the costumed characters, so my top picks are still K. Rool and Inkling.



I wouldn't complain about a digging guy, a genie, or whoever else we might possibly get though.

I can see the logic of Mii costumes being consolation prizes, really.

Though it's hilarious when people prefer to apply the "costume=/=deconfirmed" logic to KKR instead of the Inklings, like a warped bias is in play.

While we're at it, the sheer outrage of an Isaac Mii costume, though, I can already foresee. Or nothing at all.

At this point, I don't think anyone can affirm for sure how Mii costumes affect a character chances. With many good arguments for both sides, it could deconfirm or do nothing. Either way, I personally hope optmistically that it's not hurting any of those two characters.

I find it hilarious that since the time Ryu dropped as DLC for Smash, half the base roster of Street Fighter 5 joined him in that brawl.

And zero people joined him in Smash.

Hey, man. Everyone makes mistakes. I know it's hard when you have people criticizing you, it may be hard to deal with the pressure, but dealing with that pressure at the end of the day and owning up to your own flaws is much better then fabricating a story to protect yourself.
