With the recent news of Geno popping up, I do wonder how he'll fare next game. I feel like him making an appearance in a new game (Not a cameo, but as a main role) is what will give him the push he needs. Sakurai wants him, he knows there demand for him, so hopefully he can come back someday.

I do wonder what other complications stopped Geno from being in Brawl however. With Cloud stepping foot in Smash 4 and also having the mii costume, I think he would be easier to obtain, but I don't know how well getting the rights for him would be.

You can't dodge it. While you're attacking, hold down and left/right.

It's pretty easy to learn once you get used to the attack, it's just a much tougher version of Sans low jump bone attack. Though, that technique works just as well.

This kind of talk reminds me of all the times people have used "_ wouldn't be original at all, how could Sakurai make _ stand out in any way?" as an argument for why a character shouldn't get in over others. I think Sakurai and his team have proven time and time again that they can make anyone stand out or seem very unique.

Well, I just got a warning... Gee, Thanks. I guess I can't state my opinion. I didn't think anybody would take offense to it.

I guess they couldn't get enough Steam for one.

Inkling as a Mii Gunner costume still annoys the hell out of me. Couldn't they have added new special effects for the explosions and stuff? I don't remember Inklings shooting Fire and Gasoline. I'm sorry, That just ruins the immersion for me. They better get in as their own character for Smash 5 because I can't say I was really satisfied... at all.

Not that I hate Sakurai though, and I still thank him for giving us a game that finally surpassed Melee. This is honestly what Brawl should have been IMO.

If you wanted a costume then you got a perfectly fine (& animated) one.

Last time I checked my clothes don't suddenly ooze with lights and sounds whenever I do something specific.

I recommend the Viridi costume in that case. It's possible to set natural magic-esque special attacks such as the tornado or that slash thing with the green & yellow effects. The scythe is huge and the hair flows beautifully.

Well, when your post is written in pure vitriol and then essentially claims to not have a character in the game (which is essentially considered trolling here and only leads to unnecessary arguments) while also mocking the right to like the character

Although as a general rule, I'd guess a mix of subconscious sadomasochism and a desire to become hyped that is then stomped on by other peoples' sadomasochism.

Yeah, Rosalina and Bowser jr where probably the prime examples of this, being commonly dismissed as Peach and Bowser clone material by most detractors.

Although thinking back, it feels a little odd how I've hardly ever seen any Bowser jr supporter suggesting for him to use a mech in battle, since he used it almost always to battle Mario in the games (even in Sunshine) most commonly it was even the koopa clown car. Maybe there where some though, I'm not sure....

Completed a couple more chapters for Conquest, here's pretty much the rundown I had:

-Chapter 10 is a fantastic Defense chapter that will test your decisions and strategy. I got lucky at the last minute since Corrin survived a killing blow through Guard stance, but otherwise I managed to handle it pretty well on my last attempt (took three tries).
-11 is a breather level, but you can't bullrun since all of the enemies have skill set-ups that will crush you (hi Ninjas with Lunge, I hate you and Effie hates you too).
-12 goes back to being hard by having you plan out how to deal with the ninjas, pots, Ryoma and the like. I managed to get by through having Felicia freeze Saizo and then have Camilla and Effie pick off the ninjas before taking care of him and Kagero.
-13 I found to be a bit easier then 10, but you still have to plan things out very carefully as a good amount of the enemies on that map can overwhelm you in groups if not OHKO you themselves (Orochi...). I ended up having my group go to the left since they were easier to deal with then Takumi's group and I wanted to take out the Theif going after the villages.
-14 is another breather level since the enemy set-ups are more forgiving and Keaton and Leo join you, both of which can easily handle a lot of what is thrown at you. Having said that, like with Chapter 11, you can't bullrun as the map has a few tricks that will put you in a bad position very quickly (ex. Maiden's with staves like Entrap and Enfeeble).
-15 is even more of a breather level.
-And 16 goes back to being difficult.

Oh and @Zoroarking damn this game is hard! I'm on chapter five and no one can fight! Been stalling to level up the one person you can there. The enemies keep ganging up on corrin killing him. Well I did choose hard mode.....
